I signed on with Harvard Business Service many years ago. I was a little concerned at first if they were a legit company because of having the name Harvard, but they are legit and good. I used them for both mail forwarding and as a registered agent. I live overseas and my mail has always arrived in a reasonable time frame. The handful of times I called or emailed them over the years I was always greeted with prompt and friendly service. Actually , it surprises me how quickly they respond. I have never had any problems. Customer service could not be improved upon.

Live chat on their website is awesome. Needed apostille help with Good Standing certificate. Got one within a few hours and was even to quickly sort through some slight problem.

This is the address from "Baerskin Tactical" according to their TERMS OF SERVICE on their website. The Baerskin Tactical company seems to be a scam. They have 0 Customer Service. Do not answer their listed phone number and do not answer emails.

I got ripped off for 500.00 by a company called Addis Pinnacle. Searching that company leads back to you! Not sure what kind of shady outfit you are running, but I will do what I can to make sure you are well known. Already filed a BBB complaint.

I was extremely surprised (and very appreciative!) that Harvard Business Services is very proactive about customer feedback and takes client satisfaction seriously!! I will undoubtedly continue to use their services, and recommend them for their focus on customer experience - they recognized a gap in their service training based on an online review I left, and fixed it right away!

For more context, I had a great set-up experience and when the next interaction didn’t go well, I left a candid online feedback. I was surprised when I received a call from Harvard Business Services’ VP of Sales the very next day to understand the sequence of events and what they could have done better!! Since then, I understand that the situation was discussed in internal meetings for training and improvement, and they even checked in on my subsequent experience.

The fact that a company takes customer reviews seriously, and actually takes the time to research the incident and then reach out to the customer for follow-up shows extremely high professionalism and focus on customer delight! I appreciate their proactive outreach, and will be sure to continue to use their services!

I used this company as the registered agent and purchased 2-year package. Four months later, I found out I should not register my company in Delaware and hence I no longer need Harvard Businesses Services as my agent. I asked them whether I can get partial refund: what I have paid minus the original 1 year price (since I acknowledged that they have been my agent for 4 months). They just say no refunds. That's it. There is nothing they can do.

Then I am thinking is there anything I can do from my side, I wrote this review.

After I wrote the first paragraph of the review, they refunded me $40 in the same business day after seeing this review posted here.

I understand every business wants to protect its reputation, and I would re-rate the company to 4 star. I hope they work with customers with a reasonable solution to begin with. Of course, at this point, I did not have the opportunity to judge other services they provided yet.

You register a company with them and they're friendly and it's all fun and games until it comes the moment that you really need them. I had a very urgent matter to talk about and I emailed them and their customer support is awful, they reply after several days and they just don't care about you, they won't help you at all, they just leave you to your destiny, and, in fact, they have let my company dissolve because i was not able to look into the case (like most of us, we are not US based, thus it is quite hard to address issues). Do not bother incorporating with this organization, if you're a tech cofounder like me, just go with better services like Gust or LegalZoom.

I was very skeptical in using their services....and very happy that I did! They were so professional and true to their word. They called me to verify my information and the entire process was done in less than a week! We will definitely recommend them and use them again if need be! They did what I saw as hard numbing work an turned our LLC into a reality, thank you so much Harvard Business Services, Inc!
