The atmosphere is typical of a brewery so it's pretty welcoming. The variety of beers is pretty good. The fruity beers are really good and they do flights here as well. They also have slush drinks and caned cocktails. We came on a rainy day so I can't say much about theor outdoor seating but it looks like there is plenty of room to move around out there. We will be coming back here next time we are in Deleware.

UPDATE: Beer was awesome this visit. Well worth a stop. Still fun, friendly atmosphere.

Cool, fun brewery, with very friendly staff and a very local brewery vibe. Beer was average to below average, with their Imperial Red ale being the standout that I tried.

We were traveling and needed a spot to take our Pups and watch the Baltimore Ravens play MNF. Mispillion checked all these boxes and more! Pups welcomed inside and out, great beers, welcoming staff, owner and regular customers. You can take food in, or order for delivery, they occasionally have food trucks but not on the night of our visit. This fit our plan perfectly. Played a few rounds of darts with the regulars, and the owner allowed us to stay after closing to finish watching our team pull out the win! We will be back for another visit when we are in the area. Thanks for a great evening.

Very nice location with a a big outdoor area. We sat at the bar and were greeted by a big dog - this place is definitely dog-friendly. Good selection of IPAs like Not Today Satan and Reach Around, plus War Llama Sour which ended up being a big hit. Service was fast and friendly, and to-go cans were plentiful. Make this a stop on your next drive down Route 1!

I had such an amazing time at this hometown style brewery. The beers were great, the bartender was knowledgeable and even the brewery stopped by to say hi! The best part was the group of locals that were sitting in the corner of the bar. They seemed happy and were having a great time. The gentlemen in the corner seemed especially joyous and lightened the whole place up. He will definitely not be alone in life ever. Would recommend for sure!

Great initial atmosphere, crappy initial treatment by the staff. This place, from the experience I had, looks like they cater to the hyper-local clientele. This is a fine practice, in theory. Problem is that you get someone like myself from out of town, and you act differently towards them, it skews the whole appeal.

The beers were very solid, I'll give them that. But when I tell the taproom staff behind the bar that, "no, I don't need a full size beer, I have to drive", and they look at me like I'm just an irritation, that's a problem. It comes off as if you're more interested in making overhead than you are about curbing intoxicated driving. I know you're not, but that's the impression.

Overall, if you like solid beer (and that's the intent of any brewery) then you'll like this place. Just be wary if you're a tourist, they'll peg you right away!
