My husband and I eloped in Alaska and decided to throw a backyard reception to celebrate with all our friends and family. I quickly learned I was out of my element trying to plan, and came across Details Event Design and I am SO glad I did!

The team came to our house, took measurements and then flawlessly transformed our yard into the most incredible event space! Not a single detail was overlooked and even in the face of inclement weather while setting up, managed to pull everything together and make it look better than we ever could have hoped for.

They were responsive via phone and email and not only set up the space, but returned quickly to take everything down so that we could use our yard again. Thank you for creating a beautiful space for us to celebrate with our friends and family!

We used Details Event Design for our daughter's graduation party. We rented a tent, tables, chairs, popcorn machine and a yard sign. Kristina was a pleasure to work with and she was even able to get us set up with last minute sides for the tent after we checked the forecast. Everything we rented was of great quality and the set up/tear down team was great. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again!

We had our wedding at All-Stars Preschool put on by Details Event Design on 10-1-22. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue and this event team for planning a wedding or any special event! From the beginning, we were extremely excited with the flexibility that was offered in creating the perfect day. We met multiple times with the event team to express our vision and every single thing was carried out to a T and then some! I highly recommend Details Event Design! We found out two weeks before the wedding day that the Covid laws in Michigan had changed. We were only allowed to have 25 people at our wedding - this included the DJ, the 2 photographers, the 6 waitstaff, security staff and 2 coordinators. Details Event Design came all the way out to Grand Rapids, MI to save the day!!! We had a two day event in our back yard instead so that we could celebrate with our family and friends. You would never have known that we were in our yard. It was a fairy tale setting! They thought of EVERYTHING - even added chandeliers to the tents to give our beautiful bride that princess feeling! When I say they thought of everything, I mean EVERYTHING!!!! Our couple and guests felt so special. Andrea and Kristina are two of the most creative, hard-working people, and will go above and beyond to make your day special. Those two days will be in our hearts forever. Thank you Details staff!

Details was incredible and made my wedding very special. Communication was perfect and they answered any questions I had.

We rented chairs, coolers, and they also provided ice which was a huge win. I recommend getting the coffee station, it was a hit at our wedding.

Most importantly, Andrea and Kristina recommended where our ceremony chairs should be placed and I couldn't have been happier as I was walking down the aisle. That might have been the single best decision of the day because I really wanted the ceremony to be outdoors. It was like a dream come true!

10 out of 10!!! I cannot say enough of about Details Event Design!! I came across their company in the last few months of my wedding planning process - I was only looking for Chiavari chairs (side note they worked with my venue to make this process seamless) and then when I saw all they could do - I asked if they could create a backdrop for our head table + flowers/décor for the pergola we had our ceremony under. First of all, when I arrived for my planning meeting - they had a room completely set up as to how the real deal would be - it was the absolute most elegant set up I had ever seen. The day of my wedding, they spent hours setting up my display - making sure everything was perfect, you can tell how much they care in the way they do their work. Everything turned out absolutely GORGEOUS, it was so dreamy - exceeded all of my expectations. Kristine was amazing to work with, so patient, understanding and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for your next big event - I truly think they can make any vision come true. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
