We purchased a used 2017 5th wheel a little over a year ago. As we understand used could mean some problems, we had issues just prior to our trip over 2 hours away. A quick phone call to the service department and spoke with Lisa. She was one of the best and got our propane issue resolved quickly and got us back on the road. Sometimes service can be a lengthy process but Lisa was always in direct contact with us giving updates as they came in.

Cody was our salesman and was always a phone call away. He was honest about the buying process and continued to ask us how the camper was even after purchase. Cross is always willing to come out and have a conversation which is outstanding from an owner of the company. You don’t see that all too often these days.

Between Cross, Lisa, and Cody they made this experience easy and enjoyable. Would recommend purchasing from Delmarva RV in the future.

They gave us more for our trade than anywhere else. They gave us a great price on the RV we bought. They went over everything with us and answered all our questions.

I want to start out by thanking Lisa in service department, an Adam! From day one they have gone out of their way to treat me with respect! Eric was my salesman and he was outstanding as well! Lisa went out of her way this last visit an I’m so great full for her patience and understanding with my situation which they got on it right away and fixed it asap. I purchased a Jayco feather micro 166FBS from
Delmarva RV. It was at an off site sales event at the Harrington raceway and casino on June 3rd. The salesman was on point when we described our camping style to show us this particular camper. I did note there was a couple of things I noticed at the time that were points that needed to be addressed at pick up. They also included in the deal furion rear and side cameras. The other items were cover missing from awning arm. Cover on furnace was out of place and a keeper for gas quick connect for griddle and jay table was not landed and hanging loose. We were scheduled for delivery on June 14th. We did the deal signed the papers inspected camper. The side cameras I was promised weren’t installed, one of two side tables was missing, no remote for tv. I was promised all would be fixed or provided including griddle. I wa informed that during pre delivery inspection furnace was found to be bad. Was told a new one would be provided A few days later I went to follow up and a box of stuff was found. The side table, packaging for remote but no remote. Outside tv mount was there as well but I was not informed that it was included. I was told on that day remote would be ordered by sales!! That’s when the operations manager informed me that the fresh water tank was leaking and was discovered before the sale and I suspect before the sales event. To view leak belly liner would have been loosened. Later I found that not only was it loosened but it wa snot put back properly and the keeper for that hose previously mentioned was part of that. Also the liner was cut. Not in any form with purpose but jagged and haphazardly. The operations manager call them kindergarten cuts. The heater was destroyed trying to get bad board out but they continued to insist that they would not replace whole heater. Also same with liner. And all this stuff I was owed had not been ordered well after delivery despite them knowing as the told me of some of this stuff. I checked with Jayco as dealer as have 2 weeks to claim warranty for delivered to dealership campers. None were filed. The heater was likely bad but they ruined it to the point where I had to send them the furnace manual from manufacturer to show no mods to cover in safety section. So finally I am getting a heater and a belly liner and other items of concern including fresh tank. On June 29 I scheduled a drop off appointment. Don’t be deceived by that language as it does not mean in the shop even when the operations manager herself told you different. I was also told by Lisa the ops mgr that April was my go to for communications on statuses and whatnot. There is not a single person in warranty, operations, sales , service in the management team that is trustworthy. Alm I heard from management Diane to service she edulwrs was how it was always someone else’s fault and no one told the other of any issues, status etc, and they certainly did t tell me with out me asking and having to send e mails to all managers and owner who by the way not once answered or acknowledged my concerns. It is now august 18 and I just got my camper back after I verified all the work that I expected was either done or I had opportunity to do some myself. And fridge didn’t work and had to be reset. The kippers blind the comped me was installed wrong and they broke a retainer and had to replace frame and blind. And the drawer that all the fresh tank plumbing is behind was falling apart. Th slides are junk but I had to find it. It’s funny the operations manager said your camper is ready. It was far from ready as I had yet to check the work. They knew I was coming and yet my camper was not even up front. So the best day buying. A camper from them is the moment you fall in love with your next or first camper. After that you will get excuses finger pointing and frustration but no valuable communication. Owner is unresponsive to emails. All about the money!! When they get it you will have to fight for any issues needing correction.

Highly recommend Delmarva. Purchased used Tracer 2 years ago. Very happy with unit but needed more space. Just upgraded to a brand new Keystone Couger 30 BHS. Found unit at several different dealerships but decided to stay with Delmarva since we had a good experience with the used unit we purchased. Price was competitive and lower than many dealers. Slightly higher than a couple dealers. But I'll pay a little more for good service. Unit came in when promised and was ready to go when we picked it up. Had a couple issues with discrepancies in options which turned out to be changes Keystone made between model years. Cross at Delmarva got back to me and got me in touch with Keystone rep. Not completely happy with changes Keystone made but didn't inform me about, but that's on Keystone not Delmarva. Very happy with unit and sales force at Delmarva. Would definately recommend Delmarva. So far all is great with the Couger fingers crossed. Thank you Cross. It meant a lot that you reaching out and the Keystone rep. you hooked me up with was very informative.

Went there just to look at options. We had a 2003 popup. We walked around for about 20-30 mins. Had a few people stop and check on us but not pressure us. Found a camper that my wife fell in love with. Walked in and talked with Joey. He was laid back, answered all the questions we had. And the few he didn't know, he went and found the answer instead of making something up. Financing was fast and easy. Picked up our new camper the following weekend. The walk through was highly informative and never felt rushed. If you are in the market for a new or used camper, I can not stress enough to check this place out. Nice clean campers and up front if there is an issue. The Finance guy Roadie took amazing care of us and explain the whole process and put all our fears to rest.

Less than 2 months after buying our first camper, we decided we enjoyed it immensely and wanted something bigger. We had a lot of specifications in what we were looking for and DelMarVa had exactly what we wanted.  The sales process went very smoothly and we were extremely pleased with the process.

When I picked the camper up, I was (and still am) new to the camper world.  I had a list of about 20 questions on my phone when I arrived.  By the time the tech walked around the camper and discussed everything with me I think he answered every question but maybe 1 or 2 without me even asking.

Unfortunately, on our second camping trip we broke one of the windows.  As an owner of a construction company I planned to do it myself, however DelMarVa's price was extremely reasonable so I had them take care of it.  Again, a very smooth process!

Last trip I lost one of the bars to my hitch somehow.  Today we stopped in to see about getting a bar and they were extremely kind and gave us an extra one that they had.  I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
