I stayed here for an entire week while coaching the Southeast team at the Senior Little League World Series. The entire hotel was sold out, which would put a strain on any hotel’s staff. I was blown away by the people that run this Inn. They were extremely friendly and I was met with a smile at every corner. Anything I asked for was taken care of. This is not a Hilton or Marriott but my room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the AC was ice cold in the middle of a heat wave. Thank you for taking such good care of our team.

UNBELIEVABLE experience|Made reservation online & never been there. Saw lots of people standing outside rooms as I pulled in - suspect it's the hotel for local day workers or section 8 wait list.|As I turned corner to find room, small group for room next door standing around - woman was definitely high. |Door to room I was given was WIDE OPEN! |Shortly after more people showed driving sports car I'm sure not even I could afford & group started talking about what to do with it after taking joy rides. |Altho room looked decent no way was I hanging around place that sketchy.|Turned in keys & couldn't drive away fast enuf.

Finding this place while being on the road for 2 days was a blessing!! Kelley and Nick, the front desk staff, were absolutely a delight to deal with!! Friendly, courteous, professional and over the top accommodating!! Entire place from lobby to my room was clean, smelled good, easily accessible comfortable!
This is now my Go To place when I visit the Millsboro area!!
The only improvement I would ask for is to incorporate some fruit or healthy choice items with the continental breakfast. One can only have so much sugar and some may have dietary restrictions that would leave them with no breakfast at all.
Other than that, completely enjoyable stay!

It was good. You pay for what you get. Clean room and bed to sleep in and air conditioner that keeps you cool. The beds were much comfier than other hotel beds I've slept in, too. Their "free" breakfast is very basic, cereal and packaged muffins and hot coffee. Their pool was very clean. But friendly staff both day! The bugs that were mentioned before in other reviews were only because there are months and flies outside because of weather so they obviously get into the room when you have your door open. But it is definitely worth the 100 bucks if you need a hotel to get rest in.

Upon entering the rest of the hotel I was greeted promptly by not one but two employees. The lobby area was clean well-kept . I was there for a women's conference. The area where we were was very nice I enjoyed myself immensely. While I was leaving the building the front desk clerk wished me to have a wonderful rest of my weekend. I thought that was really great

The check-in process was quick because everything was prepaid and confirmed. The reception agent was quite pleasant and gave good direction to our room. The building and our room was very dated and required some major renovation. The bed was terrible, the TV was probably 20 years old, and the shower control was broken with temperature set at lukewarm with half of the water went directly to the tub. The included breakfast was coffee, juice, cereal and muffins. For $150 including tax, this was by far the worst place in value that I have ever encountered in my 50 years of travel around the world.

There was an ungodly, excessive amount of flies and mosquitoes in our room. My guests and I lost count after 25. When I called the front desk I was advised they were out of bug spray because they given it all to other guests. I was then offered a fly swatter... how incredibly absurd! Was I supposed to spend my relaxing evening if vacation swatting flies and mosquitoes?!! When I asked if a staff person could come get rid of this pestilence I was advised that there was only ONE person on duty for the evening! Imagine, a motel filled to capacity with no other staff but the front desk clerk/ manager. Poor girl! She was sweet, but completely understaffed. I mean, come on, it's the first official holiday weekend of the summer and you staff ONE person for an entire overbooked motel!! The defunct fridge in the room appeared to only have TWO settings, OFF and FREEZE. I have NEVER been in a motel/hotel where there was only one blanket on the bed.... no extra quilt, duvet, comforter, or anything.... just a thin bedspread. Oh, and of course the mattress was lumpy, as well! Oh, and don't get me started on the poor water pressure. My guests and I literally were subjected to a trickling stream in the shower, as we worked hard to rid ourselves of sand from our earlier trip to the beach. How do you expect people who book your rooms because of there proximity to the nearby beaches to wash off the sand they inevitably accumulate, if the showers barely work!! The only saving grace (if you want to call it that) about this room is that it was clean, just like all the reviews stated that I'd rather prior to booking it. I wish that I would have been forewarned about the other issues I would experience; I definitely would not have cancelled my reservation at the other place I'd originally booked if I had. This was, by far, the worse experience I'd ever had with a motel/hotel (and I'd once inadvertently unknowingly stayed at a Holiday Inn before where people were prostituting and selling drugs!!!) Needless to say, I will NEVER book here again!

A tad old fashioned in decor... But it was clean and warm. The receptionist was very nice. She was quick to advice on near by eats..

However, a few things might had been better. The towels and face clothes were very rough to the skin. Had I not brought my own toiletries, the pickings would have been slim in the shampoo and soap department.
