We called Hyett and a couple of other companies for an estimate . Hyett refrigeration was at our house in a couple of days. The tech that came here was very knowledgeable on the different systems available to us. Also, from discussing some concerns about ac in the summer suggested, we put 2 more returns. One in each bedroom.I want to say that Hyatt carries york Systems and others too. We decided to go forward with Hyett refrigeration . We not only got a better unit and a 3 ton with a split heat pump compared to companies that want to charge 7 and 8 thousand dollars more.
Their units were 2.5 tons and a 14 seer.
I spoke to Kathy from hyett refrigeration, and they gave us a discount for off-season. When the techs arrived to install, they were very professional and friendly. The manager explained everything they were going to do. The crew cleaned up after the job was done. I would recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of installing a new unit.
