Had a wonderful time with Newport Heli Tours, we did the island tour and it was great - about ~30mins airtime. Anyone nervous about the flight, don't be! Its super smooth and an awesome perspective of a beautiful area from about 500 feet up! I would highly recommend and will certainly visit again next time in Newport. The office staff and pilot were very pleasant and made sure we were very comfortable with the entire experience. Thank you NHT!

The highlight of our Newport trip! Would highly recommend, it was amazing to see Newport from up above. We also learned a lot. I am terrified of heights and don’t like flying but my husband pushed me to try it and I’m so glad he did. It was a very smooth ride and very different than a plane. It felt like we were floating. Staff was professional, kind, knowledgeable and personal, which helped me to become totally comfortable with flying. Can’t wait to do it again!

I couldn’t think of a better way to see this beautiful area. I was very apprehensive about being in a helicopter but the pilot did an excellent job reassuring me that it would be a smooth ride. He did a fantastic job. It truly was just like floating. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone.

Really cool experience and a chance to see things from a different view. I took the 20 minute island tour and we flew around Jamestown and Newport. We flew over the mansions, Fort Adams, Beavertail Lighthouse. This is a family run business and they’ve been doing helicopter tours for 20+ years. I am not a person who particularly likes flying, but I felt very safe and sat in the front. Do it!

I recently took my daughter for her 11th birthday! Everyone was professional and friendly from start to finish. True family business! The flight was absolutely amazing! Jeff, our pilot, was very knowledgeable and flew a specific pattern so we could see an island with childhood memories. The bay tour was truly stunning. From the ocean views to the mansions, bridges, fortes, boats, and so much more! My daughter and I had a blast! Highly recommend this company! Making memories!!
