I hired Premiere for my daughter's surprise sweet 16 and our driver Dan was so great the whole night. Even with setbacks and my daughter and her friends running behind he was so courteous and made everything happen to perfection. We hired Premiere 1 Limousine for the morning of our wedding to transport us from the Downtown Lancaster Marriott to the Farm at Eagles Ridge, and it was a fantastic choice! We rented the 14-passenger van, which was absolutely perfect for my 8 bridesmaids, my mom, and mother-in-law. The large trunk area was ideal for all of our dresses and belongings, making the ride smooth and stress-free.

Our driver, Aedan, was excellent—friendly, professional, and even arrived early to pick us up. It was also great to receive his name and phone number a few days beforehand, so I could contact him directly with specific instructions about the pick-up location. He even offered to take some group photos, which was a thoughtful touch! Aedan also drove the groomsmen from the hotel to the venue and did a fantastic job overall. So glad he was assigned to us! Our experience was great! We had some miscommunication with reserving our party bus and pricing, however the customer service was great. Our driver Robin was EXCELLENT!!! Organizing reservation was easy. They worked with us and allowed us to create our own wine tour itinerary. Our driver Robin was great! Friendly, accommodating, and safe. She double checked we had everyone in our group before closing the bus doors. Even saw her singing along to our music. Thanks Robin!
Seats on the executive bus were peeling. We had been informed of this a day before our trip, not at time of booking. It was not as bad as I thought, but still felt there should have been a discount or other offer to compensate. Office said it was scheduled to be fixed.
Overall, easy to book, driver was great, serve meet our needs.
