The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming during my recent stay. Both the gentleman at check-in on Monday and the lady at check-out on Wednesday morning made us feel at home. Our overall experience at the hotel was pleasant.

This was my second time staying at this hotel while visiting family in the area. The hotel is clean and appears to have undergone recent renovations. There's free on-site parking and a complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning. The breakfast menu typically includes cheese omelets, bacon or sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereal, various breads and muffins, juice, and a pancake machine. Unfortunately, the pancake machine wasn't functioning during our recent visit.

We stayed in a two-queen suite, which was comfortable and spacious. The mini-fridge was a convenient addition. However, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Despite these minor issues, the rooms are reasonably priced, and the hotel's location is convenient, being within walking distance of several stores and restaurants.

Bolivar

This was our second visit at this hotel and will stay 2 more times this year. The breakfast variety was very good. The room service was also very good and on the 25th of December we had to go to the front desk to get towels which my wife did and was no issue because it was Christmas and staff needed that day off. The room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent.

The only issue was that the water pressure for the shower was extremly low.

Plus the bathroom stall was very slippery and had to be very careful where we stepped.

The people and housekeeping people were cortious and very helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights due to a family funeral. We were greeted warmly and our room was ready and spacious. The bed was so comfortable and the room darkening blind worked so well, that we slept longer than usual. An added bonus was the towel change every day. We had fresh towels every day along with a room straighten. Breakfast had a decent variety and we especially liked the warm cinnamon rolls. Convenient to restaurants and stores-some you could walk to. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area.

On a family trip, with two kids. Much better than expected regarding comfort, convenience and even the breakfast was well above average. The sleeping accommodations were exceptional. The mattress was very pleasing and the pillow is just right. We had a very enjoyable day. We had a late check-in and they were very accommodating. On the way out they actually discovered that they had slightly overcharged me from my advanced registration. It was handled extremely expertly and professionally and I got a few dollars back. I was very impressed by that

Excellent Service, Hospitality, and Kindness. All staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated the details with rooms and morning breakfast. It was a great stay for our family on our long trip heading to the South!

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the friendly staff, this place was like a home away from home. Located close to everything, yet set back on the property to be quiet enough to think you're in the countryside. Everyone is so nice and helpful if there is anything you need and you always walk away with a smile. The rooms are very spacious and beds and pillows are so comfy. I got a great nights rest and when i woke up they had a full breakfast. It was wonderful, i love staying at this location when in the area!

I think two of the biggest things people look for in reviews is honest answers about hotel cleanliness and the staff.

I have had great experiences in both areas at this hotel. Mrs. Vicki the night desk lady is friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful for those of us who arrive or work late!

The rooms were modern and importantly felt clean when you walked in.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Fresh coffee available before 6:00 in the morning downstairs. Vicki, the night manager, has the best can-do attitude. She makes us feel like family when we visit.
