BEWARE!!!!!! I held off on writing a negative review because this is a Black owned company. BUT....I changed my mind because now I have a charge 7 months later. I rented a "regular" car (NOT LUXURY) on July 1, 2024 until July 15, 2024. In total I was charged $1,441.72 with a return deposit of $314.55. Which means my overall total for 2 weeks was $1,127.17. A SHAME!!!!! I still let it go and moved on. In October 2024, I received an email stating that I have an open rental. NEVER DID I. I ignored it because I figured it was an error. Here we are in 2025 and my card is charged for $150. FOR WHAT ? I call for an explanation, nothing. It's unfortunate because I wanted to give this company a chance. Every time I visited the office it was unprofessional. No greeting, the young girl in the front was clueless, it was family ran so the owner's daughter's friend was there at the time and had no idea what to do. She had to contact the owner who I had to wait for to even render any services. And still, I proceeded to use their company. HUGE MISTAKE!!!! I'm grateful to have a good bank who refunded me with no questions asked. In conclusion, I'd rather pay more for better service and a legit rental company. I'll keep my business with Enterprise instead. My company uses them often and NEVER had any issues.

I found this company while searching Google the other day. I saw a price that I was able to afford and happy with the selection of the car. While making the purchase online, I was given the option to pick up the rental or have the rental delivered, I selected delivery. When I recieved my receipt, the delivery and pick up were both on there so I called to get clarification. When I called and told her what was going on, there was an attitude filled tone because they were closed. But website gave me options to get the car up until 9pm I believe, I ordered the car just after 5pm for pickup/delivery for 7:15pm. She then informed me I was not able to get the car unless I paid an additional $350 on top of the $328 that was already taken from my account. I told her that wasn’t on the website either and to just cancel the payment. I paid via CashApp, so she recieved the money the second I hit send. I asked for the money to be sent back the same way, and she’s refusing. Then proceeded to tell me she sent the money back minus the fee she was charged (which I am not responsible for considering your website allowed the transaction & money was taken immediately; nor was there any mention of a $350 deposit that was required when paying the initial $328). I am single mother of 3 kids, in the middle of a really ugly divorce, & having to make sure those babies have a roof over their head every day and night so money is not something to be played with at this moment. Once I told her I’m not responsible for her service charge, I have not heard back from her and my money is still not back in my possession.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the Lady Boss who started it. I've had to extend my vehicle many times and she is brilliant about making sure my needs are taken care of thru my rental process. She provides A PLUS customer service , when you rent one of her vehicles you can rest assured this company makes things smooth and easy. An additional note here on a personal level, she listened to my rant about why I needed a vehicle ASAP and this is unheard of these days! I felt like a person and not a bottom dollar. I will use this company again and highly recommend it.

Beware!! Do not purchase any vehicles from this owner or company. She recently sold a jeep with transmission issues and DID NOT DISCLOSE THE PROBLEM!!!The car broke down within 4 days and was driven locally . She did not disclose any mechanical or other issues with the vehicle and basically took $4200 and refuse to address the issue and or try to compensate the purchaser for the transmission ! Transmission failure, and/or issues do not occur within days of a person buying a vehicle unless otherwise noted by seller!!!. It is believed that these problems always existed and she was trying to get this car off her hands. Do your homework people before dealing with her! I this owner does not operate with integrity or use good business practices! What is this world coming to! RIP OFF!!!!
