I went on a pilgrimage to Italy through Francine's Travel and Francine and her staff did an amazing job. I have some behind-the-scenes knowledge, so I know she had very little time between the initial proposal of the trip and the date we left, and yet everything was excellent: the hotels, the included meals, the bus drivers, and the guides. Francine was so great making sure all of our questions or concerns were addressed, and whenever anyone in the group faced unexpected issues, she made sure everything was resolved in a timely manner.

Francine did a wonderful job in putting together our pilgrimage to Italy in a short amount of time. She was always available to address any questions or concerns. She made sure that any special needs were taken care of; from dietary to medical. Isabella, our tour guide, was amazing. She coordinated everything and was constantly communicating with me. If there were any changes, she made sure her solution was ok with me. She made sure everyone with dietary needs was taken care of. If someone needed medical care she took care to find facilities and pharmacies and stayed with them at all times.She was a Godsend! The only problem we had was the time between connecting flights was not long enough. Traveling internationally requires more time because of passport and immigration. Other than that the trip went very well. Francine and Isabella are true sweethearts and know what they are doing. Their experience in travel is top tier. I wouldn’t want to have anyone else plan and direct my next travel adventure!

‘Responsive’ and ‘caring’ are two, among many, of the positive terms I would use to recommend Francine’s Travel. We travelled with a group to the major sites and churches of Italy, plus Medjugorje, and the planned itinerary was thoughtfully constructed and the local coordinator and guides were excellent. Francine and her staff responded to problems and issues brought to their attention, and they looked after and ensured our enjoyment and travel comfort from the seats on the planes to the stay at each hotel. Since there have been many changes to the travel industry since my mother and I last travelled, the Agency patiently reminded us of what needed to be done or took care of the situation(s) for us. I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a remarkable journey to Israel and Turkey with my church group, and I am still in awe of the experience. I cannot praise Francine's Travel Agency enough for their impeccable service. From start to finish, they ensured that every detail was taken care of, making this trip truly unforgettable.

Our tour guide, Rodrigo, was an absolute treasure. His extensive knowledge and graceful demeanor made each moment come alive. I found myself captivated by his stories and could have listened to him for hours on end.

Even during the Jewish holidays, our visits in Israel were flawlessly organized. We had the opportunity to explore sacred sites and immerse ourselves in the rich history of the region. The accommodations, including the hotels and kibbutz stay, were top-notch, providing us with comfort and a genuine sense of hospitality.

Our bus driver Yakov quickly became a cherished member of our group. He went above and beyond, taking care of our every need and ensuring our well-being throughout the journey. His dedication and care were deeply appreciated.

One of the most awe-inspiring moments of the trip was our visit to Cappadocia. The hot air balloon ride took my breath away and left me in tears of gratitude. The view from above was utterly breathtaking, and it will forever hold a special place in my heart.

I must also mention the fantastic photographer, Heberton, who expertly captured the beauty of the landscapes. His professionalism and helpfulness were truly commendable.

From the initial booking process to the flawless execution of the itinerary, Francine's Travel Agency demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. They are undoubtedly one of the most organized and attentive travel agencies I have ever encountered.
