We are beyond grateful to have had Infinite Events as our wedding planning team. From the moment we first met Erica, it was clear that we were in the hands of an absolute professional who truly understands what it’s like to create an unforgettable celebration. Erica brought not only expertise but also a remarkable sense of elegance to every aspect of planning. She met with my mom and I whenever we needed to go over details and make sure she had a good understanding of our vision. Most importantly, she took time to make sure both of our preferences were being shared and worked as the ultimate mediator whenever my mom and I butted heads! (Which was often lol).

Erica pays such an attention to details and is clearly very well connected within the regional wedding scene. Everyone we worked with was the best in the business and had such high opinions of her and her company. And when it came to our actual wedding day, everything felt like it went off without a hitch because she was on site with her entire team making sure things went smoothly. I wouldn’t have known if there was a disaster if I tried, because Erica and her team dealt with everything so well. This is what truly sets Infinite Events apart. Wow. Where to start! My (now!!) husband and I spent a lot of time inquiring with several event planning companies at the beginning of our engagement. We knew this was a smart and necessary investment for our destination wedding in Newport, RI and wanted to take our time selecting the perfect planner for us. Something that became most important to us through this process was picking a planner who felt genuinely excited for us, cared about making sure our wedding-day vision, wants, and needs would be met, and had a great reputation and relationships with other vendors in the area and industry. Then we had our call with Lisa & Infinite Events! After that call, it was clear that this was the best choice for us. Not only did we get the best recommendations for other wedding day vendors, but Lisa went above and beyond to research and suggest ideas that felt fitting for the fun, lively, and intentional wedding event experience we were trying to create for ourselves and our guests. What I appreciated most was Lisa's consistency. Not only in the way of being clear, thorough, and well organized in every meeting, but also in her enthusiasm, caring, and kindness. Lisa became such a special and surprising part of our wedding planning experience. We both adored getting to know her and opening up our lives so she could help us navigate both the celebratory and complex emotions that come along with managing other family members or planning any large-scale event. I (the bride) could text, email, or drop in her instagram DM's anytime (and - I would never do this - but I swear if I had called Lisa at 1AM with a major anxiety or concern - she would have answered!) As we got closer to our wedding day and the event itself, this is where we really saw Lisa, Nina, & the rest of the Infinite Events team jam! We can't express how confident we felt heading into our weekend knowing who was running the show to make it all happen. We were able to be present, have so much fun, and relax into our roles as bride & groom. Infinite Events is truly a stellar team full of amazing people who are undoubtedly experts at what they do. We are deeply grateful to Lisa & team for helping us curate a wedding weekend that exceeded our dreams and will shout from the rooftops for as long as we live that we cannot recommend Infinite Events enough! We had the most incredible experience with Erica and her team from start to finish, and the comfort in knowing that every detail was accounted for made the entire process so easy. Erica has a unique ability to bring dreams to life, and has an instinct to know exactly what you are looking for – whether it be décor, vendor choices, or the smallest details. She and her team have perfected the ability to keep things moving, always prepared for the next step and offering a calming influence that we sometimes needed (whether we knew it or not!). She continued to amaze us in her willingness to go above and beyond, suggest additional ideas, work tirelessly on our behalf, and handle the smallest details to make our lives easier. We truly became friends through the process and are so sad that it is over! She is responsive, energetic, fun, organized, and professional, but most importantly, she genuinely cares. The moment we had with Erica on our wedding day seeing months of planning come to fruition was one of the more powerful memories from our weekend and one we will cherish forever. Even the guests felt cared for by her team and we have had multiple people continue to comment on how thoughtfully-organized the entire weekend was, which is an incredible takeaway for people who have never met her! Looking back, we realized that we did not have one single worry on our wedding weekend – which made everything so much more fun and comforting! We could not offer a more glowing recommendation for a planner and an ultimate lifelong relationship. We had the best weekend of our lives and we have Infinite Events to thank for that.

My husband and I has such a wonderful experience working with Infinite Events to plan our wedding. Our planner, Ashlie, was great - she was communicative, always accessible, flexible with scheduling meetings/appointments, great at bouncing ideas off of, and highly organized. She also always exuded a calm and collected energy, that always kept our stress levels very low. Something specific that I really appreciated about Ashlie was how many meaningful and positive connections she had made with our vendors/vendors we considered. Because she already had these established relationships with the vendors, it meant working with them was so easy! We also worked with Ashlie to have a new vendor for the wedding that she had never worked with before (catering). Even though Ashlie didn't have an established relationship with them, she seamlessly made this new connection, worked with the new vendor easily, and the result was great in the end.

Infinite Events is an INCREDIBLE team that is experienced, creative, original, organized, sophisticated, friendly, and people focused.
