Nice place. Had a cozy room with 2 queens. It was clean. Wish they had breakfast on site. Location is great though. There is a Dunkin and another breakfast place(First Watch--which was good)you could walk to. Also a couple minutes from Christiana Mall. Unfortunately for us, we couldn't enjoy the indoor pool as it was too crowded when we were there.

Upon arriving we had to wait atleast 20 minutes to check in because of low staff to customer ratio. The floor were we were staying was extremely noisy. When checking the room I did notice the sheets had some type of stain on it on the pillow linings & the bathtub was disgustingly dirty. The bathtub had what seemed like * hair all over the walls and around the tub. I let the front desk know about these issues to which she told me she would not be able to do anything considering I had paid for the room ahead of time. I was so upset and just wanted to leave, I wish I could say nicer things about this stay considering it was a nice area but the hotel itself was a 2/10

Positive: The room was clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. Negative: My stay was not enjoyable due to the overwhelming smell of marijuana smell that greeted you right as you came off the elevator and through the hallway. I informed the hotel staff, but I was told that there was not much that they could do.

Good value hotel near mall. No breakfast but there is a breakfast place within 2 mins walk.|Strange placement of bed and furniture, you have to twist your head to watch tv from bed. The curtain was stuck so in the morning it was too bright. |All in all, nothing bad, good stay.

Shannen at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We live 5 minutes away but wanted a night out...she was so friendly and helped with everything that we forgot. Can't wait 2 come back!!! The bathroom was very clean, they have Netflix...big couch

Worst experience ever. DO NOT STAY unless you enjoy being lied to and spending countless hours fighting to get money that is owed to you. Not only was I lied to about how much money I was being charged, $408 was charged to my card twice. Amy, the general manager, was rude, unprofessional, and lacking interpersonal skills. I still have not received the money that is owed to me and will reach out to their corporate office again on Monday. Below, is part of my email I sent to Amy.

I advised you that the front desk agent, named Chantelle (not sure of the spelling), said "yes" when I asked if I would only be charged $258 after I got my security deposit back. I also told you that Chantelle confirmed that price while I was holding my 8-lb dog. Your response to that was, "Just because the agent told you something doesn't mean it's true." I stated that I don't believe that is fair and asked if I could speak to someone above you. You said, "No, because they will tell you the same thing." You got upset when I asked for your name, walked into the room behind the front desk, subsequently slamming the door, after saying, "I'm not doing this with you." You came back out three minutes later, slammed your business card on the table, then walked back into the same room and slammed the door again. You were extremely rude and unprofessional when all I wanted was to be treated fairly. If your cameras have audio, then the conversation between Chantelle and I should be on record. Our conversation should also be recorded. Kristen Mattern, is there any way this issue can be further investigated

Positive: Front desk staff was very pleasant and welcomimg when I arrived. Very quiet during the night and in the morning. Negative: The floor could have been vacumed a little better. There was debris around the edge of the bed.

Positive: The room was cozy and comfortable Negative: FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was because the amenities mentioned a restaurant and bar with a lounge. THE RESTAURANT AND BAR CLOSED 4 MONTHS AGO!! THEY NEED TO UPDATE WEBSITE. No balcony light and broken lock
