Picked this hotel out of the blue on a road trip. Arrived about 1 am , check-in was smooth and the desk clerk was a super nice guy. Room was very clean, smelled fresh. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was mediocre but what do you expect on the third floor. Breakfast was decent. Overall a good experience.

The two bedroom suite was exactly what we needed for our group. It was spacious with plenty of kitchen amenities. Bathrooms were stocked with everything you need including hair dryer so no need to pack toiletries. Breakfast was fresh daily and the “happy hour” with food and beverages was a nice surprise. Staff wasn’t very friendly. After 3 days we asked for light housekeeping, just fresh towels and trash emptied. Asked twice, never happened. Although clean, repairs are patchwork. Shower curtain rod/tile had an attempted repair and wouldn’t stay closed. Ceiling had been repaired but not painted. Convenient location but needs some TLC.

We stayed in a suite and the refrigerator was loud and making sounds. We couldn’t get a restful nights sleep and the front desk told us manager and maintenance left for the night. Was hoping for a nice shower after a restless night - NOPE no soup and no water pressure

Pros: Hotel was well located for my business purposes and priced well. I also enjoyed the room size and layout and a steady, cold AC which promoted comfortable sleep. Cons: the room carpet felt dirty and likely deserves a deep clean. Additionally, there was a strong, abrasive cleaner smell in the room. Finally, the breakfast quality left a lot to be desired! Ultimately sleep is what I rate hotels on and because I slept well, I would stay here again.

This hotel is great! We've stayed here for 3 nights, multiple rooms for weeks. We are a small business working out of town, they are very responsive and accommodating to our last minute changes in number of rooms and nights needed. Melissa at the front desk is so pleasant to deal with, makes traveling feel like being home. Rooms are clean and spacious, lobby dinner and drinks every evening that are complimentary makes a hard day at work so much more relaxing every night. We travel all along the east coast for work and I only wish all of our stays were this great!

The front desk attendant was very warm and welcoming. The beds however are not. If you enjoy a firm bed, you’re ok, but it was not our best night of sleep. Woke up feeling more tired than when we went to sleep. Achy and stiff from the uncomfortable bed.

All the staff except one woman that works in the kitchen area I'm assuming (with a Jerry curl) needs to work on their social skills. Love the stay, and the rest of the staff members were very pleasant and easy deal with, being eager to assist and help out. However, when a room cost anywhere from $200 to almost $400 a night you don't tell your guest you can go to a gas station up the street, or to acme grocery store to go get something when technically you're supposed to have it. And that wasn't the first time I heard about this from someone else that this Jerry Curl individual (she knows who she is), told them the same thing as well. Let me say how very rude and uncouth to tell your guest who have been traveling for probably four to maybe 12 hours some disrespectful rhetoric about going to a gas station or grocery store to get something; why be so simple and trite.

Lady with Jerry curl you need to learn how to restock your kitchen and have items and cutlery on hand especially when you have a US foods truck unloading at your hotel the next morning at about 4: 00-5:00 a.m. ..

If you want to have an attitude or be respectful and not realizing you're being that way with your guests then please go find someplace else to work.

And let me add any kind of drink can be consumed at any time not a specific time frame of the day.

Aside from that I'll stay here again.

Where do I begin? MELISSA HAS TO GO! She told my child to stop drinking Lemonade that the hotel provided. She also told a guest to have a seat while she was filling up the food, and he was patiently waiting for her after he just got done work. My husband asked her for wine and she told him he doesn't drink wine and gave him a small swallow in a glass, while giving the other guest full glasses. She told me to leave a plate of food downstairs so I could go searching for plates in my kids room, whichnhad no extra plates. For someone who works customer service she could really use some etiquette classes. She also sits at the island and watches t.v. Al night long. My kids went without toilet paper for a full 8 hours because of her additude and were afraid to ask her. That is not normal. JEFF, HEATHER, AND THE WOMAN THAY WORKS MORNJNGS ARE AMAZING! THE BRIGHTEST SMILES, AND awesome customer service, always willing to help and make sure your day is brighter. The cleaning crew is great, and nice people. I WOULD NOT RECOMMED STAYING HERE UNTIL THAY WOMAN IS GONE. also the beds are terrible. SO terrible that you wake up in pain everyday! Get rid of Jerry curl
