Jamie was extremely helpful. We had not cruised in several years. So we had many questions. She was always available to answer our questions and concerns. She had many very good suggestions which made our cruising experience much more enjoyable. I look forward to working with her when making our travel plans in the future.

Jamie has been excellent. She has taken the time to answer all of our questions and concerns with booking our cruise. She has been very insightful of what to expect and gave us lots of pointers. She has helped our group get the rooms we needed and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted! ( Even changing rooms to get us closer to each other as we requested) It gives me great relief speaking with Jamie regarding traveling in a power wheelchair as this will be my first time on a cruise. Adam is an absolute rock star! He helped us plan our honeymoon to Costa Rica and we had an amazing time. We gave him a loose agenda as to what we were thinking and what we wanted and he put together a great itinerary keeping us within our budget. Chris, I appreciate all of your assistance in planning our vacation to Italy! We can't stop raving about how amazing the vacation was. The communication during the planning process and the organization of our itineraries, local contacts, train bookings, and Bologna bed and breakfast were really appreciated. The tours lead by informed guides were remarkable, particularly the day trip to the Vatican museum, the pasta-making class, Rome golf cart tour, Florence electric car tour, and the food tour. Highly recommend! Jamie goes above and beyond to help and make sure you get the best deal on what you’re looking for. Disney trips can be hard to navigate and find deals but Jamie’s expertise really helps make things smooth. Jamie worked for over 3 hours on Christmas Eve of all nights to make sure I got what I was looking for. I would give 6 starts if it was an option 😊
