Thank you for an amazing trip! In the day of internet that seemingly makes travel bookings easier I was so grateful to Prestige Travel to do the researching, planning, and booking. Lori was knowledgeable of the area, attentive to details, and booked tours of interest. Ordinarily, my family prefers to go on an adventure that’s unstructured so we can be as flexible with our schedule as possible.

Being this was our first time in Europe, specifically Ireland, we decided on a motor coach tour. There’s not as much flexibility however, it eliminates the need to determine which city (or cities) to visit and which activities in that city is a ‘must see’ within the time possible.

Had I read up about Ireland, we probably could’ve done so on our own but who’s got time to do that while still juggling our daily lives between work/home.

So yes, we had to give up some things however, it was nice to wake up to pre-arranged breakfasts everyday, someone else doing the driving, organize tickets to attractions and sometimes get group priority service.

Additionally, we had the benefit of a tour guide giving us a broad overview of each city we entered and areas we drove by. Not only did she provide some of the local history but also made suggestions as the most popular activities to pursue in each town. This enabled us to explore further (in the time allowed) when provided the opportunity at various points during the tour.

Also, while traveling in a group, it was nice to know there was a sizeable number of people willing to help provide a second set of eyes to help lookout for our 9yo as we hopped from place to place in an unfamiliar setting.

A motor coach tour may not be for everyone but it made sense for us on this occasion and I am glad we heeded the advice of Lori Judd and proving once again, why she’s been our family travel agent for years.

We booked an Alaskan cruise/land tour with Lori for July 2020 departure.

I'd never really used a travel agent before and I can't say enough good things about working with Lori at Prestige Travel Vacations.

Before COVID hit, she helped me plan and book everything for my son and my first cruise. She sent me information on some of the best excursions and dealt with the folks at each location to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure the timing was just right. She even took some messages from me on the ship while we're out at sea and helped to take care of a problem that came up due to ship time changes.

Recently, I decided to take a father-son road trip with my son to go see a band we both love in two different cities back to back and reached out to Lori to help book the hotels.
