Booking was a breeze—Kim was beyond helpful, answering all my questions, providing clear directions, and even following up with detailed emails to make sure I had everything I needed. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel completely at ease before the trip even began.

Once on the boat, Captain Sephis was phenomenal. His knowledge of the area, the wildlife, and the manatees themselves made the experience even more enriching. He knew exactly where to take us for the best encounters and answered every question with enthusiasm and expertise.

Do the snorkeling with manatees! You won’t regret it. The 4 of us went on Dec 30, 2024. Captain Parker and Janice were the best! Cpt Parker’s humor was leaving us smiles the entire time and Janice’s photography skills captured it all. Get the photo package too, you’ll be glad you did! As the mom, I’m usually the one taking the photos but I’m glad Janice was doing it for me so I can have a more immersive experience visiting the manatees at their home. We saw sooo many, including a mama and her baby, and one playful one with belly ups and wanting to be close enough for me to touch. Cpt Parker and Janice gave us some really good environmental and conservation information and education about the manatees and wanted us to let y’all know to come visit. Great times, no regrets, and we want to return!

We had a magical time with our snorkeling adventure! Capt Charissa was informative, kind, and a great finder of the manatees. Her passion for animal conservation was contagious and her joy for her job was evident! Kim and Parker were very helpful on our phone calls and were flexible as we kept changing the dates due to a storm coming through! The directions and communication were thorough and helpful! Definitely choose this outfit as the crew loves their job, it’s a small group and they know their stuff!

Do it! What a beautiful and lovely experience and also an awesome company to work with. From booking to arrival to actual tour everyone we encountered was helpful, knowledgeable, and so friendly. Yves was our tour guide and was such a joy to be around. We saw soooo many manatees and has close up experiences. The most amazing experience ever!! As a solo traveler Captain Kim was quick to get me on a last minute manatee tour. It has always been on my bucket list to swim with manatees despite a fear of water and inability to swim. Captain Kim explained everything and had me all set to go in minutes. Captain Ivey was awesome!! He was patient, kind, taught me how to use a snorkel, float, and he was so encouraging. Ms Janice was very knowledgeable, she shared her love of wildlife photography and the importance of preserving the manatees and their habitat. I would definitely recommend this company. I can not brag on this company and our captain/tour guide enough. We had an amazing time from start to finish. Kaisy was very friendly and knowledgeable.
