This storage place is in a great location and Howard McCarrick II was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made this a breeze for me. Totally stress free. Howard at Mission Storage immediately advised us when a climate control storage unit came available. We were moving from Hawaii and building a home nearby and timing for storage of our furnishings was important to us. The space at mission Storage is very clean and secure and provided at a reasonable monthly rate on an as needed basis. No long term contract. Thank you for the great service!

Howard and Sheldon were excellent Howard even helping me move some of the larger items that I wasn’t able to move by myself into the smaller unit me being in my 60’s & couldn’t do it all by myself. He is informative, personable ,friendly & outgoing. I’d say everyone From Keith when moving into the unit Brad (manager's to assistant manager’s Sunny and Sheldon All have been straight A’s have been your Biggest help and advertisement due to their qualities and work ethic .the only thing I would say is on the pricing is it has gone up quite a bit since staring starting there which is no fault of theirs and will be the only deterrent of someone coming in . Because you manager and people at this location have been fantastic . Howard and Sheldon I will miss your friendly and smiling faces .

Howard and his staff truly give new definition to going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. The area is safe, secure and very well maintained. One of the best things about my experience with Mission Storage was how quickly I was able to get a response when needed. During my stay I had several "special accommodations" requests and needed to speak with Howard or his staff directly. It was those times when Howard and his staff returned my phone calls promptly. They even followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied each time.
I would recommend mission storage and Howard and his staff over and over again because of the great experience I had while I was there. *

I have to say this place wouldn’t run half as good without Howard. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He even went the extra mile and brought us some drinks because it was hot out.
