I have been taking my fur baby to Luxe since he was a puppy 5 years ago. They are great with him and the grooming is always to my satisfaction. My doggie has also stayed in the hotel several times and they have always taken good care of him. The staff at Luxe are very kind and they go beyond to make their clients happy.

My dog was going there for 4 months, at the beginning they told me to take him every 3 weeks so he can be use to, because he had a trauma with grooming, I did and every thing was well. . The last time the groomer was very nice and she said my Dog is behaving better, that the only thing he doesn’t like the dryer. Today I had an appointment that i reserved a week ago, and 30 minutes before they text me cancelling because my dog is behaving bad and nobody wants to do the service. I understand, but why wait until last minute to cancel an appointment and so unprofessional that even don’t call me. Now you have a lot of business and my dog is not longer need it. Be careful maybe happens to you too.

We always board our dog with Luxe Pet Care when we travel. Friendly staff. They communicate via text and will send pics of your pet if you request it. They take great care of Cody and he’s always in good spirits when we drop him and when we pick him up! Prices are reasonable. They are closed on Sundays so no pickups til Monday.

The first time we went they returned my dog with his hair UNCUT and knots all over. I called and they offered to fix it. The pictures below are what they did. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
