Tobias is the most untrustworthy person I’ve ever known. We were a group of 12 people traveling to Greece, the islands and Turkey. Elderly people and children among them. He misguided us all the time with his extremely poor knowledge as a travel agent. Moreover, his total incapacity of problem solving led us to miss our flight due to his miscalculation in the time required to be tested for Covid. We had to depart 24 hrs later because he was so inept that couldn’t even help us do that as an agent. Not only we missed the flight but also our time, spirit, enthusiasm and trust on whom we thought could help us make this trip a memorable one. We were able to get the next day flight thanks to our effort at the airport and with the help of a Good Samaritan from Delta’s airlines. This flight was unfortunately delayed due to a severe storm in New York where we were connecting flights before arriving to Greece. My husband contacted him seeking for help and he did nothing at all. He recommended us to speak to another Delta staff...shouldn’t you be doing that travel agent? An honorable agent would’ve at least try to call Delta and speak for us, try to find the best options for his clients...we felt abandoned all the time. He was not even near of meeting our needs. We arrived late to NY so our flight to Athens departed and we’re right now stranded on the airport, expecting to get the next flight tomorrow afternoon. This story is sadly true, I don’t recommend at all you use this agency, not even for traveling locally. Tobias is not a qualified agent, he’s not updated with the latest traveling regulations and he can trick you and misguide you. Once he takes your money he doesn’t feel responsible for his travelers and ignores your needs. There are many other agencies more experienced and truly with more qualified agents. Do not let him fool you because his agency was founded in 1988, if you want someone with serious expertise don’t go to Runaway Travel, simply “run away” from there!

Terrible service, we arrived at DR on August 3, 2018 at Hotel Royalton, but the reservations did not appear, because this agency work thru others agencies and takes commissions, for that reason we were 3 hours without reservations In this hotel ( considered that we have two infants) thanks to god the Royalton's Staff were able to resolve this issue, we called Mr. Tabio who acts as owner, and he told us that he felt it but that if lemons were falling from the sky he would make a lemonade, we as a family had recommended many other clients but of this experience never again, in the previous trip one of her employees Lesly also made a mistake in collecting my vacation and charged us 3 times the value of it, leading to overdrafts in the bank and the fees that we had to pay for that error , in few words, they are unprofessional and in reality they lack the personal touch and verification with the thirds party that an agency work with to avoid situation like this, BE CAREFUL WITH THEM, IT SEEMS AMAZING BUT THE INCOMPETENCE IS IMPERATIVE IN THAT AGENCY.
