The room was nice and clean, the bed comfortable, bathroom/shower very nice. The only thing is that it had a mildewy smell, like it had been wet at some point. Continental breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, bagels/English muffins, fruit, yogurt. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of the mildew smell.

Sadly this WAS a nice hotel. My Room had a HUGE stain on the Carpet. The Bathroom tile floor was cracked and dirty. Hair on the floor from someone that had way longer hair than me! Jet Black Hair and mine is Grey and very short! The Windows haven't been cleaned in a VERY long time and, the AC had a musty smell.
I asked the front desk to please ask House Keeping to stop slamming the doors as I work Nights and was trying to sleep. It continued until they finished. Proficiency experts profess it saves housekeepers time to prop the door open while cleaning instead of allowing the heavy steel doors to slam against the lock mechanism engaged so they don't have to continually unlock the door but, it is so much louder when it slams this way. Not coming back here again! IHG has definitely gone down hill in my estimation. You won't have these complaints at a Hilton or Marriott property!!! And they cost about the same!!!

I stayed at this hotel while working in the area, and I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast—it was much better than what I experienced at my last Holiday Inn Express. The room was comfortable, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. I was glad to know my room did have a safe and mini fridge. My only significant complaint was the television channel selection; I found the options limited (29 channels), especially since most of the channels were news, like fox, promoting misleading/lies content.
Some channels were fuzzy and one wasn't even visible, just sound. I did report this to the front desk and they sent someone out to take a look at the television. Unfortunately, it didn't help. I still had channels that were fuzzy and the one channel with no video, just sound.

I have seen countless reviews for this hotel which had me worried for my choice of stay; however, upon check-in everything went away. The young lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with food recommendations. I also received a daily text asking about my stay, which was wonderful. The hotel is super clean, all of the staff has been friendly, and I was blown away by everything. I will add that the local chickens on the highway (not kidding lol) are an excellent wake up call! I shouldn't be surprised everything was great though bc it's a Holiday Inn Express: perfect bedding, plush pillows, amazing breakfast. If I am ever in Hialeah again, this is my first choice for a hotel.

It was a good stay, but the tv in the room was terrible. Most of the channels didn't work, and the only news channel was CNN... who the hell watches CNN any more. Better news channels are available and should be part of your programming. The TV was very difficult to work, and terrible channel selections.

This hotel is the WORST hotel I've EVER had the displeasure of visiting. 😡 The rooms are poorly lit, the mirror in the sitting area was loose, the bed was uncomfortable, and the carpet has stains. 🤢 To top it all off, the pullout bed was basically just springs. 😫 When you lay on it, it's like the mattresses from the 70s. 😱 I went to customer service and they were NO help. 😤 "If we move you to another room, it will all be the same." 🙄 Ok, I'll pay additional for a better room. 💰 "Oh, sir, we are booked." 🤬 That made no sense. It's 12 am. If I could find another place right now, I would. 😡 I'm almost tempted to sleep in the car. 🚗 I'm not happy. 😡 Stay at this place at your own peril. ⚠️ The cruise is in a few hours, so I guess I'll just have to deal with this mess. 😤 #HotelHorrorStory #TravelFail #NeverAgain

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and paid an absurd amount. There were a group of people who partied all night long, drinking alcohol and taking drugs. They knocked on my room door all night and my daughter was scared. We went to the reception and spoke to the staff, but they didn't do anything. My friend called and spoke to them. They simply said that if she wanted, she could call the police. They paid very little attention to what was happening. If you have a family and are concerned about their safety and well-being, don't stay at this hotel. It was the worst night of my life!

The hotel was nice and clean. As always in Holiday Inn Hotels the bed was sooo comfy! Breakfast was really good too, different options every day was a plus. The staff were nice and helpful. The location was great if you are in a car, if you’re a pedestrian they are some of options to eat close by. Also there is a CVS close by, which was pretty convenient. Overall a pleasant experience.
