Really bad experience with them. I sent medicines and miscellaneous to my family in Havana on April 1st and never had been received . They are a fraud , never answer the phone We will look up that these people never more have any kind of business in our country .

I sent $121 via Zelle to them several weeks ago to be paid in Cuba
with pesos and nothing has arrived. They are not available by phone
nor do they respond to my emails. This is very odd as I have been using
the company for several years with no problems.

First time I use this agency and I DO NOT recommend them. I have been waiting for more than 1 month for the package to be delivered to my sister and they have called her to tell her they already have the package but they cannot deliver it due to "XYZ" reasons, if she wants the package she has to travel to pick it up at the distributor's house. I have already filed the complaint (3 times) because I paid to deliver the package to my sister's home.
Updating the review: my family had to travel to the distribuitor's home to pick up the package because they did not deliver it. This agency is the worst, I do not recommend them!

Service always as great as their employees when it comes to attending your daily needs for families in Cuba. Have assisted along the way for any issues that i’ve had for packages that i’ve sent to my family in Cuba, whether it’s a delay or a claim placed, they’ve been there to help out. Despite the fact that they don’t call back to reach out for an update on the issues though, they do provide the assistance needed for the case to get resolved.

Sent packages to Cuba back in January and still till this day nothing has been received in Cuba! No answers on the phone or email, the agency is closed and no way to contact them , absolute robbery and fraud !

It's a shame to call this an agency. It's worse than a Cuban government-run cheap business. It's not a real business. I suggest you don't waste your time and money with them. Shame on them.
