Llevo casi 2 años siendo cliente de esta agencia, envío dinero todos los meses con ellos y paquetes con bastante regularidad. He tratado en todo ese tiempo de comprender cuando me dan un mal servicio, pero la falta de profesionalidad es su especialidad ,cada vez que llamo para hacer remesas me dejan en espera por muchísimo tiempo mientras atienden a todo el que va llegando a la agencia y mientras escucho toda la información de los clientes, cada vez que compro por Amazon para que les llegue no saben nada del paquete y yo pues a reclamar con Amazon pero al final si les había llegado el paquete ( esto ha pasado más de una vez), estoy esperando desde ayer en la tarde a que me puedan atender por teléfono para pesar y pagar lo que voy a enviar para Cuba, llamé y envié dinero pero no me pudieron hacer el servicio de paquetería ahora volví a llamar y resulta que tengo que esperar hasta mañana otra vez porque ya van a cerrar .Siempre que solicito sus servicios lo hago por teléfono porque no vivo en la Florida , definitivamente no saben conservar a sus clientes.

Muy mal servicio y muy mala forma con los clientes yo envié un paquete a Cuba ciego de Ávila y se perdió una parte de el paquete cuya parte de el paquete no pusieron en la lista y llevo llamando toda la semana para que me enseñen las cámaras de seguridad y me llevan dando toda la semana de largo …para mí pésimo servicio
