Been trying for 1 week to receive a good package from Madrid and tour guide to different locations, I contacted this agency for the good reviews, sorry didn’t have a good experience with them, I actually call for 1 week and never received a good service, no information and always an excuse, I find a anther very professional travel agency, based in my personal experience, I wouldn’t really recommend this travel agency 😏
