Check in person at front desk was pretty cold and didn’t seem that he wanted to be there. Not sure how clean the room was considering we found condoms on the end table (unused, but still gross). Makes me think the cleaning team may not have paid too much attention to detail. Breakfast was sub par.

Don’t pass up this gem!!! The absolute cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in The best Wyndham I have seen! Rob cleaned our room so well! I’ve been a desk clerk for over 20 years and have never seen a room so clean!!! Thank you for the quiet comfortable stay. What a beautiful, affordable but top tier place to stay! Can’t tell you enough how nice this place is!!! Early check in was appreciated after a 14 hour drive.

This Place is AMAZING!!! I have Never stayed at a Hotel that is managed Better than this Place. A huge Kudos to the Entire Staff here!
For Starters.... This place is Excellently Located within 5 minutes of anything you'll need, whether your on Vacation or Staycation. Even the other guest here are Happy and Friendly. Nice and Quiet! Housekeeping is some of the Best I have ever seen! Seriously super clean, friendly and they go up and beyond. Front Desk is very Helpful and Friendly as well. This Place is so well Staffed. My only advice for the Owners is to NOT CHANGE ANYTHING AT ALL, as it is absolutely Perfect! You Guys are Exceptional, this is Exactly how a Hotel should be operated.
I would recommend this place to others in a New York Minute and will definetly stay here again. 5 stars!! Y'all are AMAZING ❤️

Very bad experience from the staff.
Robbie was extremely unpleasant and when the other employee came to join her shift they both begin to follow me around.
I am a reward member and never ever been treated like that.
I made the manager aware when she came and she was very nonchalant.
There was burn holes in the room.
Dirty linens when I entered the room hanging up.
But the location was very private just what you want when you are looking for relaxation.
Too bad the staff made the long trip and my retreat unpleasant.
I can not request a refund because I did stay but will be avoiding that location moving forward.
The lady serving my room was the best and she deserves to be promoted.
Of course I tipped her!!!!

Rooms are nice and clean, bed was super uncomfortable 😴 😫 and my lower back ached. Location was nice and close to everything. Breakfast was simple and coffee was good. Service was very good as well. No issues

What a great place to stay. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Staff has been nothing but wonderfully, caring and exceptional. They have won many awards for their service from Microtel Inn. Only thing I could say is build a bigger trophy display area, because I think with your staff and service you will need more room to display them!!! I would love to give names but team is a better way to say how they work together. ❤️

We were here for 30 days due to the flooding. The staff, maintenance, front desk, housekeeping have all been extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Honestly it is a great team of employees at this location.
Housekeeping here is the best staff I have ever seen in a hotel/resort and we travel a lot for medical.

I’m beyond pissed I stay here all the time never really had any problems. I stayed this time no hot water at all told them at 8 the night before was told no worries the maintenance man will be there in the morning to fix it. Woke up went down to tell em still no hot water I get told to take a cold shower after I just paid 180 for a room! I’m covered in paint and have long hair… ask them how much it would be for another room for the night figuring it would be fixed through out the day and was told there isn’t any meanwhile I just went on the website and there is like 4 available… smh! Place used to be good now it’s starting to go down hill quick!
