Very professional and extremely helpful !!! What truly set’s this agency apart from the rest of the competition is the fact that as soon as “Maria” answered the phone and began speaking to me I could tell that her main priority was to assist me. I’ll explain; first and foremost she didn’t even have to research anything I asked because she already had the answers. It was obvious that she does this for a living and not as a part time job. She didn’t talk about price until I asked her about it. A lot of place’s I called gave me the price’s right away. I guess they wanted to make sure they weren’t just wasting there time talking to me. Lastly, she even pointed out how important it was that I complete all my paperwork in a timely manner and even went as far as assisting me with that as well.
