Booked a package through Costco and Gray Line was the transfer service from airport to hotel and vice versa. They did not show up and we had to take an Uber. If you are booking a travel package through Costco Travel for the Miami area, would recommend reaching out to Costco to credit you the transfer cost portion of your package and taking an Uber. Read the reviews and you will find similar experience from other Costco members. Also found out its cheaper with Uber , they charged Costco $80 per trip.

I am not sure how to spell her name but Marlene and Ruben were fantastic, we were uncertain about how we would get to our booking with fury catamaran cruise but she walked us and anyone who needed help to their bookings!! She has such a heart and Ruben is a LEGEND! I have never seen a person drive a bus that well rofl he made a turn that I just couldn't believe he made and I promise I thought my head would hit the window and it never did! We were right on time with our events even though it seemed as though we left late. Most of what held up our time were passengers who were a little confused about if that was their bus or not, other than that they were swift to pick everyone up and we were on our way. Nothing was rushy they gave us a breakfast break and all! Marlene is super knowledgeable on the tour, the culture behind the tour, the florida keys, and soo much more, in the end I admire her consideration and patience for such stress! She just took her time with every single person and their need and I would highly recommend gray line miami any time. I took the catamaran snorkeling tour ! I booked it through booking . Com and it wasn't false advertisement! They were gentle with us newbies and funny as well! Surprised us with open bar and I didn't even know this was an amenity !! Yaay me! Lol score! 5 stars!

Loved both my tours I took! I took the Miami city tour with biscayne bay cruise/ celebrity homes as well and their Key west trip.
Miami City Tour + Biscayne Bay cruise: The first morning they were slightly late but that was no bother as I was being picked up at the hotel directly beside mines, as soon as I got on I was given a wristband to identify which exact tour within Miami I was taking as they operate a few, I was directed easily to where I was supposed to head after leaving the transportation bus to join onto my City tour- It was unbelievable they made a few stops in the art district and little havana allowing us to walk around and get the feel of the area, also allowing us to grab food and any drinks from stores or restaurants. The tour was operated in both English and Spanish allowing users of both languages to understand and enjoy our trip as a group! After our city tour we got dropped off at the same location and given simple directions along the pier area to take our Biscayne bay cruise, once onboard we were welcomed and told some safety procedures and continued on with our tour.. They had a bar on board which had a great speciality drink on my behalf as i’m a vodka drinker (hard to get that cheap in the states) The tour took us along the bay and around the islands one being celebrity island the guide told us again in English and Spanish about who is living at these locations and made fun jokes! Similarly with the famous fischer island. We got brillaint views of Downtown miami after leaving these famous islands and more information on the buildings we see. After dock we had around an hourish wait until pick up where I got to chill on one of the public sun beds beside the pier which was nice to pick up some sun, the bus driver eventually called out our last names heading towards our stop back at the hotel! Great day out :))

Key West Trip: This morning they were a lot more punctual and had a few more stops before getting on the road to Key west. The guide again was inclusive to speak both English and Spanish and let us know exactly what was to happen at beginning allowing people to prepare themselves as it is a long day. Once you leave Miami and head on the highway towards the keys you are told we are going to stop at a local diner at one of the first Keys for food to eat (this is bought at your own convenience) the food itself was not brillaint but this is no fault to the Grayline group but allowed us to be full for the next while of driving which definitely helped with the groups spirits i’d say. The way down after food they let us know some local spots to hit up and some tours if we were interested in taking them (bought at your own convenience) They offered discounts on the local buses which was great for those wanting to take them. Personally Key west is small I chose to walk everywhere and had researched spots I wanted to hit up before. Once landing in Key West we were told to take a photo on our smartphone of the pickup location so we do not forget we’re we have to return to by the designated time. They waited an extra 10 minutes after leaving time then we began our journey back to Miami, again bus driver saying names just before the stops so we can get off at our Hotels.

I really enjoyed both days out with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Worth every penny, and it weren’t even that many for the memories! Thank you Grayline Miami

I used Gray Line in connection with Costco as a transfer service to hotel. Big mistake. Gray Line provides a crude, poor service. You provide them with a flight number, and they don’t track for delays. Any reputable company has been doing this for years. Needless to say, the incompetent staff arrived at the wrong time for my pickup. Also, they don’t answer the phone after a certain time, and when I called again the following day, they confirmed how crude their service is. Pass on these morons, or you’ll regret using them.

We booked a Key West Tour via our Hotel - the restroom the driver said could not be flushed & the breakfast that we stopped for was a Dollar Tree & McDonald's- in addition, its December, in the 60s & after claiming they would not be using the AC - turned the AC on full blast making it a driving refrigerator- not worth the money paid.

The driver became extremely pushy to upsell tours & things for the keys, even getting upset with people with no cash or that had already previously scheduled their plans.

The time at the Keys was less than 6 hours as we arrived later then we needed to for the scheduled departure time - so the bus running late was not accommodated for to give us the full 6 hours- their schedules were much more important then our trip

We could have rented a car for our group for the day for less & it would have been way more enjoyable.

The trip was the worst we ever had. They told us to be at a pickup location, they showed up 30 minutes late and did not answer any calls. Finally they showed up and the bus was fully booked with just the last two seats next to the restroom. The ac stopped working a couple of hours into the trip and they do not have fans or could not open the windows. This resulted in an oven like environment inside with zero air circulation. They just mentioned that if we waited for another bus to replace we will end up waiting 2 hours or more and continued with the journey. Finally when we arrived in key west we could not plan any activity due to the late arrival. On our return they arranged another bus which again had a very bad ac unit. So some of our co-passengers went and talked to the driver he said that was the maximum setting. On top of this nightmare of a bus ride, they asked us for tips. I wish we never booked with this tour bus company and do not recommend to anyone wishing to visit key west.
