This was the absolute worst motel experience. It started when we realized check-in ended at midnight, so we began calling at 7:15 PM to let them know we’d be arriving late. We called repeatedly until 11:30 PM…. no answer. The phone just rang and rang. Thankfully, when we arrived at exactly midnight, someone was there to check us in. Out of curiosity, I secretly called the motel while standing in the small lobby, and sure enough, the phone rang loudly… but the man checking us in completely ignored it. When we mentioned that we had been calling for hours, he shrugged it off, saying he was “very busy” and sometimes doesn’t hear the phone. Strange, considering we could hear it just fine.
As for the room? Horrible. The AC made loud noises all night, keeping me awake. The floor was dirty. Overall, I do NOT recommend this cheap, poorly run motel. Spend your money elsewhere.

Needed a place to stay before we boarded the Cruise ship. Had a peaceful night's rest. The staff helped when we needed it. Yes, I would stay again and for the price be completely satisfied

I selected this hotel because it was the cheapest in the area over the holiday week. What a mistake. When they have signs advertising daily and weekly rentals and the front desk is behind bulletproof glass, you know you’ve made a mistake..

The room was freezing and the heater did not work! So I froze all night. The room was actually clean, but I found dead cockroaches in the bathroom and the walls were all banged up. The people in the rooms next to me had the TVs on and music on full volume and kids were screaming and adults were yelling the entire night. Also, the hotel is directly on the route 27 Highway and the sound of the traffic is deafening.

Not worth your money, you can't sleep because of the noise from highway. Ants in my room all over my bed. tv didn't work. When it rains water flows under door. Never will stay in this place again.

This place was a great stay, yes it’s right next to a busy street so sometimes you’ll hear cars fly by or honk but it wasn’t really an issue and as soon as we walked in it was very clean and smelled amazing. The front desk is VERY VERY nice they want to take care of you. Any time I’m in Miami I’ll be coming here!

Very crowded location in terms of traffic, but to be expected near an airport. The woman at the desk was extremely kind, and considerate with our situation. I at first was frustrated because I couldn't get ahold of the facility to ask for an early check in. I ended up checking in at the normal 3pm time and she honestly changed my mind about the customer service provided here. We will absolutely be returning the next time we are here for work. Very comfortable, and clean. Some of the furniture could use a coat of paint but other than that it's very well prepared and the customer service in person has been fantastic.

Some rooms needs updating, many problems with the AC that the Management doesn’t take care. A little bit pricey for the location and having this issues especially with this global warming stuff and humidity!!!
