My wife and I really enjoyed working with the staff at High Point. Jessica was our primary contact who handled the majority of the communications with us. The main aspect we loved about High Point versus other catering vendors we reviewed was that High Point was incredibly flexible when it came to the packages they offered. We started with a specific package, and if we wanted an item from a lower package or to add on an additional cocktail item, they were happy to accommodate us. That sort of flexibility was really valuable to us when considering what our guests may want in terms of food and the volume of dishes. Also, after our wedding, High Point gave us all of the leftovers, which we weren't expecting. So that was nice! It’s been a couple of weeks since our wedding, and we still have so much risotto left! Haha. Overall, we’d definitely recommend High Point for anyone currently looking for a caterer for their wedding!

High Point Events & Catering has been our firms 'go to' picnic planner/vendor for many years! They provide exceptional customer service from the planning process, to the event itself. One of the things I love most about working with High Point is that they are a 'one stop shop' - they provide everything we need such as venue location options, catering (food & beverage), A/V (TV viewing for football season/speakers/microphone), fun entertaining (face painter, giant lawn games, and more). The High Point staff are top notch, it was so easy working with Bob Eagan (President/Owner), Jeff Ingram (General Manager), and Katy Hoopengardner (Office Manager) - no worries, no stress! The 'day-of' event staff from the grillers to bartenders never missed a beat, and everyone is very friendly. The food is yummy; the bbq, taco station and desserts were delicious - they even provided take home boxes so nothing is wasted, and staff were able enjoy leftovers! We wanted to try a different picnic venue location this year, and Bob suggested the National Botanic Gardens / Ticonderoga. We are so happy that we put our trust in Bob for this venue recommendation. The views and nature are beautiful, along with a mix of whimsical atmosphere and art sprinkled in. The Stone Pavilion provided a lake view, picnic tables, and a large indoor/outdoor area, with a roof for shade. High Point and their staff are outstanding from start to finish!
They are fantastic on every level, CBM knows we are in great hands working with them - they always provide exceptional service and events - which is why our firm returns every year!

High Point Catering is nothing short of exceptional. They helped to make our company picnic at the Great Falls Grange a huge success. First and foremost, their food is outstanding. Lots of different options allow them to cater any event - appealing to all ages and all tastes. And, on the back end, working with them has been extremely easy and their event staff makes the "day of" enjoyable and stress-free. We will be using them again without a doubt! Highpoint Catering provided an extraordinary experience for our event, surpassing our expectations in every way. From the moment we contacted them, their professionalism was evident. The team was attentive, responsive, and dedicated to ensuring every detail was perfect.

The food was absolutely delicious. Each dish showcased remarkable creativity and flavor, leaving our guests thoroughly impressed. From the mouth-watering appetizers to the well thought out main courses AND CRABS, followed up by the desserts, every bite was a culinary delight. It’s clear that Highpoint’s chefs are masters of their craft, using only the finest ingredients to create an unforgettable dining experience. Another impressive point is that no food goes to waste. We were given the opportunity to take food home and food that was left is then donated to people in need. This is amazing!

The venue was simply awesome. Highpoint’s location provided a beautiful outdoor setting that perfectly complemented our event, which was a company picnic to celebrate 40 years in business. The layout was thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all our guests.

Adding to the success of our event was the top-notch entertainment. Highpoint arranged all of the entertainment that day, which kept our guests (adults and children alike) engaged and entertained throughout the afternoon. The seamless integration of great music and entertainment added an extra layer of enjoyment to an already fantastic event.

In summary, Highpoint Catering is the epitome of professionalism, offering delicious food, an amazing venue, and exceptional entertainment. Give Bobby and his team a chance! You WILL NOT be disappointed! We highly recommend them for any event and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We hired Highpoint Catering for our wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! One of the unique event planners I have seen in the US. I actually am able to compare High Point with planners in Dubai where details are abundant. High Point were not only involved but managed to really touch up with all my detailed requests. The crew was very professional. Jessica was simply amazing and always on top of things while we added details and was very flexible. Bob even attended our event and was involved in all major milestones. Thank you so much. This is the second time I’ve used Highpoint and I just have to share how fantastic they are on every level. The first time we used them for my son’s engagement party and we had a wonderful outdoor pig roast. Highpoint not only made this event fun, festive and unique but the food was some of the best bbq we’ve ever had! Recently I went back to Highpoint when another caterer left me hanging and with just one week’s short notice, Bob Egan called me right back and said, “of course we can help”. I couldn’t believe with such short notice that they could do it! I should’ve contacted them first. The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was professional, friendly and so hardworking. I will use Highpoint for all my catering in the future and we have lots of parties. 🩷
