I was disappointed we called and the person who answered indicated someone would be calling us back shortly. 5 hours later we got a call and there was no sense of "Sorry we were really busy". I felt the person who called back (Kelly?) was just as happy I told her we went to another agency while we we waiting. If Sales is poor I always say service will be far worse.
