So, where do I start? It was my husband's 50th birthday in June and to celebrate, he wanted a great vacation, so we contacted Beyond Events and Travel (BE&T). From the first point of contact to the very end, our experience was WONDERFUL!! Our agents Yvonne and Dianne were always accessible, eager to make suggestions and answer questions and even followed up with us during and after our vacation to ensure that we were satisfied. In short, it really was the best vacation experience we've ever had, thanks to expertise of BE&T!!! There isn't much more to say, other than - the service provided by BE&T is top notch!! In the age of the internet, I often wonder the need for a Travel Agent. Our group trip to Alaska answered this question. The customer service is outstanding. The shore excursions not represented by the cruise line provided more options. The benefit of a connection to get from airport to hotel, hotel to port and port to airline is worth the use of a travel agent. The travel agency I recommend: Beyond Events and Travel.
