My husband and I had to get international drivers licenses and came to the Lakeland AAA office. From the moment we came in the door everyone was very friendly and helpful! The entire process only took 20 minutes and was super easy. I would absolutely go back here for any AAA needs.

I’ve always heard good things about AAA so when Black Friday sales were going on I seen they had a deal on memberships. I purchased. And that is one of the worst investment money spent. I had to use them two times. First time My Son got locked out of his car. It took over an hour for them to show up … Today was 2nd time using them my other sons car just died in the middle of the road a busy road at that and a sheriff had to help push him to safety and My Son called AAA. And also called me. I live 45 minutes away from where he was broke down at by the time I got there. AAA still was not there. I waited another hour. They still did not show up so I called a local tow company that came within 10 or 15 minutes When we called to cancel the AAA service request they recognized the account and the service request and the automated line stated before I canceled the service call , we were still two hours out from receiving service. So if I would have not called a local tow company, and we would had to wait two hours more hours along with the time we’ve already spent almost 4 total for AAA service. I purchased this basically a peace of mind for my older kids just in case they have trouble, but I see AAA does not come to you and help you in a timely manner. I will not never renew my membership and if I can cancel it sooner to get my money back, I am going to and I would not recommend this company For emergency roadside service because they don’t care how much of an emergency it is , or the location your in they take their time and in no hurry to help so you’re looking at 3 to 4 hour. Wait to get assistance from them… I will look elsewhere for a better month roadside service, but will never use AAA again
from them.

Representative Mariah Reeves is a superstar! I relocated out of Florida and was having an issue with my AAA membership in my new state. Mariah was diligent in researching, reaching out to my new location's AAA office to resolve. She delivered the absolute best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Lakeland AAA office is very lucky to have such a stellar staff member!!

Specifically for Vasthi Laurore a licensed insurance agent at the lakeland location.

While switching insurances for 2 autos and house she allowed me to get billed twice due to her mistake for not canceling one.

I had a terrible experience and it was difficult to get any kind of movement to resolve the problem. The agent took poor accountability. It was inconvenient to take unexpected time off of work, spend hours on phone, and to keep returning to the office.

We had to get some documents notarized so I called up AAA and they said come on down. We went inside and checked in and in just a few minutes Robert came out to help us. We were his first notary job since he got a certification. We read through everything and he was able to help us out with everything we needed.
Very friendly people in this office nice waiting area and fast service.
We could not ask for more. So if you go in and say hi to Robert.

the driver was pleasant enough, but bearly spoke English or understood English, but he tried
