I had never done this before, so I had no idea what to expect. It was fun. We had a good time. It was pretty straightforward & uneventful. The lack of wind left us near some homes, and we had to set down near them. We enjoyed ourselves and thought the touchdown was the best part of the ride!

Today, we had the pleasure of flying with Hot Air Expeditions, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Captain Johnathan and our crew chief Jim were absolutely fantastic—so gregarious and incredibly funny. They made the entire journey enjoyable and memorable.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and how they made sure to acknowledge special occasions, including my graduation. It made the experience feel even more personalized and special. The breakfast after the flight was delicious, and we shared so many laughs with the crew.

An amazing morning...
I'm English, live in Spain and celebrating my 60th birthday, with amazing friends who gave me birthday money to enable this trip.
Everything from hotel pick up by Mike, a lovely friendly and informative guy, to the flight with our captain Don.
The service was fantastic.
40 years I've wanted to do a hot air balloon ride and it was worth the wait. An early start, pick ups, chase the wind, balloon inflation, up up and away, landing, small breakfast, champagne, certificate and back for drop off. Couldn't fault it! Thank you.

This was a fantastic experience. The ride was smooth and calm and so was the landing.. everything was well organized. After the ride breakfast was served with quiche, fruit, cheese, croissants and mimosas, and cider for kids. This is great for kids and adults.

Our first hot air balloon ride, it went a lot smoother than had anticipated. We had a very good pilot. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided fantastic champagne and breakfast for us after the flight.

This adventure was definitely one for the books where my boyfriend and I couldn't be more ecstatic from what we experienced. From start to finish the entire crew were welcoming and friendly. The flight was beautiful as the breakfast was delicious. Our pilot Kasey with our copilot Lisa were phenomenal! The whole memory is surreal and we couldn't have asked for a better sunrise hot air balloon ride celebrating our late anniversary!

Im very satisfied with the level of communication, emails, texts and details of the service. I chose my Flight+ Hotel Transfers service. The only thing I have to comment on is that everyone must be very early and on time so that they do not miss seeing how they inflate the balloon and take good photographs, the flight was awsome and the team exceptional.
