One of the worst customer service that I have seen for this kind of services. The web is open all day, but they don't give customer service all the time, and neither on Sundays, so if you got something wrong or have trouble with the app you have to wait until they are open. Also, they don't have a visible customer service phone number in their website, so you have to look around and see where you can get it. After all this process, if you can contact them, is gonna be with a person that doesn't know too much about the service

All transfer of information was easy... Hoeever, my concern is tha I have not received a receipt for my payment neither by email or text message. I need a receipt as other companies do send it on recharge transactions. I am giving 2 stars now...upon confirmation of my receipt I will change it to 4 stars.

I had a problem with my card when I was trying to submit my order and my card was charged more than once .They had sent me a welcome email with their number so I gave them a call expecting to have some difficulties but to my surprise Customer Service was very pleasant and professional took care of my anxiety and submitted my order without a hesitation.
