No do not trust them. They did over $5k of damage to my 2024 Mercedes GLE53 at the Dolce Hotel in Hollywood. They have admitted to the damage but when it times come to pay they vanish. Too many valet options to risk your customers cars.

The entire staff is negligent from the valet attendants position to the hr department. Do not let these people handle your vehicle. They do not hold responsibility when it comes to filing claims. They ghost customers when they are clearly in the wrong. My car was negligently parked which in hind sight cause the splash shield underneath my vehicle to be completely ripped apart from the vehicle. Due to it being parked on the curb. DO NOT LET THEM PARK YOUR VEHICLE!

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES, THEY WILL STEAL MONEY OUT OF YOUR VEHICLE! I only give 1 star because I am forced to select a star. However we stayed at Comfort Inn & suites Downtown Brickell-Port of Miami the weekend of 4th of July, and I was robbed by a valet team member. I had petty cash in my middle console and upon my return of my vehicle, it was gone. My car was not broken into, it was stolen by one of their employees. All I got was a "We have reviewed and investigated you claim and unfortunately must deny all responsibility on the part of World Class Parking. Guests are responsible for securing valuables, including cash, from their vehicle before turning keys over to valet." While I completely understand their policy, they should do a better job at who they hire. I paid for a service to be robbed of some money, all anyone asked was "how much" Does it matter? As a hard worker, to be robbed by a company and get "deny responsibility".

Today I want leave a review for company in regards of the employee Yonni. He made my arrival to peaceful I just came out of surgery and he went beyond the measurements on making sure I was settled with my parking and giving me relief. Please stay away from this company as possible, especially check when you use valet service in Miami hotels. When we had family vacation in Miami downtown, the valet service person couldn't even provide a valid driver license nor insurance to the police after involved in a car accident while delivering my vehicle to the hotel, the owner had to come and promised to take care of my vehicle in front of the police. He had never responded to my email, phone call and message then. It's unbelievable how they provide the service and treat the customer.
