I love it here. It has an easy going quality to it….the staff is friendly and professional, the grounds are impeccable. The rooms, while not “fancy” are clean and comfortable. Being right on the beach and close to everything in Delray Beach (especially at this price point) makes it perfect to me. .

We loved our stay at the Berkshires! The location is amazing! You walk right on the beach. The rooms are totally adequate, big enough for a family of four but especially roomy for 2 people. Its CLEAN! That is the number one thing I look for when traveling. The service on site is so quick, anything you need, send a quick text and you have it. The other guests are super friendly. All in all a wonderful experience!

Great location on the beach. Very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen, down to paper towel. Feels like home away from home. Very large space.

AC unit a little loud and maintenance cleaner start a little too early outside with machines.

Spent 4 days at this fabualous hotel with some friends. Although an older establishment, they are in the process of updating. The rooms were spacious and clean with a convenient kitchenette. The grounds and pool were well maintained and steps from the beach. It is conveniently located, only 2 miles from downtown (Atlantic Ave), where you'll find a variety of fabulous restaurants, bars, and shops. Although check out was at 10 am, and our flight wasn't until 4 pm, we still had access to the grounds, pool, and restroom. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating throughout our stay! I absolutely recommend this hotel and will return soon!

Berkshire on the Ocean is such a beautiful place to stay. It’s an hidden gem really. The location is perfect, steps from your room to the pool and the sandy beach. It’s super clean and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you’d hope it would be and more. I can’t say enough about this beautiful place. Thank you all for such a fun, memorable trip. My only regret is not bringing cash for the staff to tip for their superb service. They do not accept Venmo so make sure you bring $$ for them because I’m telling you, they all deserve the best tips!!! I felt so bad leaving with no time for an ATM. All they asked was for a review, it was the absolute LEAST I could do in return for their amazing hospitality. Cannot wait to return again. Thank you all so much!! 10/10!!!

I could not believe this amazing find. It has its original Florida vibe that is kinda cute. First: location, location, location! I thought I had to break my bank to stay right on the ocean in Delray. Absolutely not! They have a private beach with chairs,covers, anything you need and it's literally feet away.
Second: it is so peaceful and quiet away from the buzzing downtown but still very close to it if you're in the mood for fun. They even have a mini golf field, grill at the pool just perfect.
Third: rooms were spacious like a small apartment with a mini kitchen, dishwasher, dishes etc.
And finally I truly appreciated the service team and front desk. Very easy to check in and check out, no hassle at all.I happened to lose a second set of keys and was treated with upmost respect and understanding.
This will be our favorite place to just get away from our busy life even though we live in Delray. We will try to come back as soon as possible! Thank you guys!

Berkshires on the Ocean is a hidden gem. The rooms are a bit outdated, however, they are kept very clean and in the process of updating. The rooms have a sitting area with pull out couch, small kitchenette with dishwasher and stove, bathroom and decent sized bedroom. A couple friends and I went for a long weekend and had a room on the 2nd floor which had a view of the ocean. We never felt like we were fighting for space. |The hotel had a pool, putting green and tables to relax in the commons area. There was private access to the beach where cabanas were on a first come first serve. However, beach chairs were also available from the front desk. |I can not say enough about how accommodating and friendly the staff was. If you needed something, they brought it immediately. |The famous Atlantic Ave. where all the shops, bars and restaurants are was only a 2 mile walk away down Ocean Blvd. |If you didn't want to walk that far, a short walk over the bridge leads you to stores and other places to eat. |It is a place I would definitely go back to and highly recommend.

What a beautiful place to stay! Very clean, great room, and awesome space outside, by the pool and the beach. Staff were super friendly and very helpful, they responded positively to all my requests in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
