Made Alaska cruise reservations with my family through Sand & C. Their focus after the sales was getting you to sign their release and once you did that you were on your own. My sister asked them to help arrange a van for all of us to get from the airport to the hotel. Their response via voice mail .... do it yourself. When we arrived st the hotel, we were asked to place the tags we received from our travel agent on our bags. Oooooops, they never sent them to us. You can do much better than these people - find another agent!

I have been on a couple of cruises and Helene Cannon was the greatest. She get all my paper work ready for the cruises and sends me the info and I am ready to go. when I call her she helps me in every way. she answers all my questions. They are really great. Robin K. from West Virginia

I had booked a trip for this past spring and then had to cancel. However, I have been getting emails and mailings for awhile. I have made repeated requests to stop the marketing but they keep coming. I have unsubscribed and written emails asking them to stop sending me things. Charles had told me it would take awhile for them to stop, but it has not stopped. It is so frustrating.

Helene Cannon , one of their travel consultants has been phenomenal on setting up a family trip to Puerta Vallarta last thanksgiving and when two members of my family got sick and we had to rearrange their trip and follow up with getting me info for reimbursement from my insurance company was there all the way . I would certainly use her again .
