I went in after work on Thursday spoke to the owner Mr. SEARS about travel arrangements to Hawaii this January for my birthday and retirement from the military.He took my name and number said he will call me back on Friday. I called back on Saturday he apologized and said he couldn't get to my travel arrangements, he had other customers. He would call me back. 😒 I waited for his call. I'm still waiting . Guess he doesn't need this veteran's money. I won't use them my opinion he didn't care and he was overwhelmed. Thank you but I make sure other veteran's won't use you either.

Very, Very Disappointing! My wife and I along with our 2 daughter are planning a trip to NY this Christmas. We called Nerving Travel based on the recommendation of a family friend. My wife led the charge on this and sent several unanswered emails and followed up with multiple calls all going to voice mail. We got no response to our emails, NOTHING! We did not get a single returned call for all multiple voicemails she left, again NOTHING!! The desire to book this vacation in advance is we know that booking hotels gets more and more difficult and rooms are being booked as of now. My wife, in frustration called and I asked if I could get a quote for flights for 4 and rooms and even book some NY excursions and shows. I called Nerving and was answered promptly by the owner. He apologized and recalled my wife's emails and apologized again as it may have been his fault the email was not forwarded to a member of his staff. I gave him all of details of our trip and what we would like to do, and where we would like to stay and shows, and excursions and so on, The owner was working to get the quote together and even understanding that the quote would not reflect the actual cost of the airline tickets as we were booking those in advance. I was still willing to press on and book our hotel because rooms go SO fast. During the owners work, his computer crashed or had some type of issue and I was assured that he was handing this over to a member of his staff personally and they would be getting back to me right away. Again, NOTHING! I waited for several hours and finally called back, spoke to a representative there, she had overheard my conversation with the owner and was willing to assist. Gave her the details about my wife calling and emailing and never hearing back, our details for the trip as in flights, hotels and things we wanted to do. I waited the rest of the afternoon and into the evening for an email or call and again....you guessed it NOTHING. So I called the following morning and spoke to the same representative and was advised she was clearing her desk and had nothing for me at this time. Again disappointed, frustrated and not happy at all. I wonder if this was a sign!! I wonder if this was a message to book with another company, and that is what we did! Thanks bu No THANKS. 1 Star was too much.

This was not the vacation my husband and I had in mind by no means.
WE PAID THESE PEOPLE $5,000 AND THEY SENT US TO SOME TIME SHARE THING IN PUNTA CANA.....
WAS THE WORST VACATION WE HAVE EVER TAKEN!!!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR YOUR VACATION NEEDS.
UNLESS YOU WANT FREAKING TIME SHARES....

There is still travel agencies still around that are wonderful for helping plan your vacation. This one has been in business for decades.
They are friendly people willing to help. There are groups that go on many trips together.
