I worked with Leo Gutierrez on finding my new place, he made things super quick and easy! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The best and coolest part is that I was able to find a boxable, a new and unique concept for Douglas. Just rented. They fixed my issues in a timely manner. Unfortunately, after I told the company I had pets and added them to the application before the lease, I am informed I owe them even more money. DONT COME HERE!

Absolute nightmare renting from Douglas Realty! Stay far away from the lies and deception with employees and home owners and the unsafe living conditions that will NOT BE REPAIRED! Their concern is more for the homeowner and NOT THE TENANT!

Make sure you find out if your realtor subscribes to BOTH the Tucson MLS and the Phoenix MLS before you sign the contract. Irene Garcia was the initial realtor on our family home of 63 years. On day 111 of no sale and only one offer, my brother decided to switch realtors. The average # of days a house sold at that time in Douglas was 57 days! I wrote the description for the house listing because "she didn't usually do that". My brother is disabled and was counting on every penny to help him in the future. It is not an exaggeration to say that this agent cost him between $30K and $50K. The minute we switched to a true professional realtor that subscribed to both the MLS in Tucson and the MLS Phoenix - everything changed. The new realtor made an effort to go to the house and coached my brother on what would improve the chance of buyers being interested, she ran reports and did her homework...in short, she cared! This is what sells a house...so grateful my brother switched. A home is most people's largest asset...choose carefully.

This is a really great company!! I bought a house here in Douglas and Maria and Del were fantastic!! I can't say enough good about them. They've been there for me 100%. Buying a home is so complicated these days and you need a realtor that cares about what they do, and who care more about the client than just getting commission. Douglas Realty Group does exactly that. If you need a realtor in Sierra Vista or Douglas or ? these are the guys to go to.
