Oh my goshhhh! This was the most amazing and exhilarating experience EVER! I took my five grandchildren and family (10 of us) out to the wild side with Dennis and Coach and hands down the BEST experience we could have hoped for! Dennis gets you right next to and on top of the dolphins. We got lucky that day as there were large pods of dolphins swimming all around us as big as 8-14 total. It was so beautiful and serene and wild all at the same time. Grandchildren screaming in excitement as they looked under water and saw dolphins swimming right beside them and underneath them! Coach gives you a class about all the sea creatures he catches and puts in the boat for us to hold and observe. We all held live sand dollars and sea urchins, saw blue crabs, etc. Got to take home numerous beautiful sand dollars. Just unbelievable! Don’t wait! This will enhance your vacation in so many ways! Unforgettable! Dennis and Coach are the best out there! Trust me! I did my research and am so happy I chose Water Planet!

I can't say enough good things about this place!! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Dennis was awesome and you can definitely tell he loves what he does!
I've done this same experience with another company...will never make that mistake again!
DENNIS & WATER PLANET ARE THE REAL DEAL!!
We were able to do multiple jumps with the dolphins, seen spotted sting rays (super cool) and also spent time at shell island!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This was the greatest adventure ever! The boys old and young had an amazing time and our guide and captain Glenn Faust was the best! Took his time explaining everything to us about the local marine life. We booked the 4 hour tour and it was worth it! Shell island is amazing and everyone had an amazing time exploring and discovering amazing things there.IF YOU GO TO PANAMA CITY,BOOK THIS TRIP!! Ask for Glenn 🙏

Such an amazing experience! We saw tons of dolphins but do note, this is for fairly physically fit people. We had folks in ages from 9 to 76 in our group and it got challenging after a while for some, including myself. It is absolutely extraordinary to see a wild dolphin swimming toward you. They were much larger than we imagined. Shell Island was breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience. Captain Josh was top tier, like we've known him for years. Made my husband, my son and I feel so comfortable. The whole dolphin experience was great and then topped it off with a relaxing visit to Shell Island. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. My son kept saying Captain Josh was a 10/10!!! Must do when in PCB!

1 Star: Worst Experience Ever – Avoid This Place!
This was, without a doubt, the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The longest 4 hours of my life, and I deeply regret wasting my time and money here. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The so-called “captain” is a nightmare. I didn’t pay to be yelled at and shown the same 6 dolphins for FOUR hours. To make matters worse, he snorkels on YOUR dime like he’s part of the leisure group. Absolutely ridiculous.
And then he tries to give an unnecessary “class” about how crabs reproduce? Who cares about that? I would’ve been way better off not disturbing the wildlife at all. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and felt like it would never end.
If you want to see dolphins, just watch from the beach—you’ll see just as much, if not more. I’m no expert, but trying to have people jump on top of dolphins to “view” them can’t be the smartest approach. This place is a literal scam. Nothing about it is fun or worth the time.
If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. A negative score would be ideal, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Just do the Sea Screamer and be done with it. My girl had been there before and told me it would be a great time but we both felt uncomfortable and kind of helpless considering there was no way to just simply leave.

What an amazing experience. Truly the highlight of our trip. Our guide Cash was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure we got as much time in the water with the Dolphins as possible. An experience that we will never forget.

This was so much fun. We got to see a Manatee which is rare this time of year, and many dolphins. They weren’t super playful for our experience but got to see a baby and her mother up close and another one within arms length that just slowly drifted by us. Hearing their noises underwater was so cool. So worth it.
