We had our wedding reception at One Thirty One Events in December of 2024. It was the absolute easiest venue to work with! From the elegant decor, to the service and easy communication, to the amazing food (it's March and friends and family are still telling us how good it was!), One Thirty One was a dream to work with! I have recommended so many people to book their events there...we will definitely be back!

We had our rehearsal dinner on March 14th and our wedding and reception on March 15th at One Thirty One Trigo. This place is Uh-mazing. Elegant, and the food is incredible. They provide so many items like tablecloths, runners, napkins, chargers, and they have them available in all sorts of colors. They set up, cater, provide a bartender....doing all that takes so much stress off the bride and groom. We were also able to bring in our own decorations to add our personal touch. I have to shout out to Alanna, who met with me several times to go over everything to make sure it was what I wanted. She set up the venue exactly how I requested, made suggestions, dealt with my ever-changing ideas, made the night flow smoothly, checked on me often, asking me if I needed anything, and took care of the clean up. She was truly a blessing and she is very good at what she does!

We had a small 40 person church event last night. The venue was beautiful. The staff was amazing and the food incredible. It was an easy venue to work with and schedule. I highly recommend this venue for any party you may have.

My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner at One Thirty One Events by Trigo. Prior to the event, Jana was so amazing to work with. My in-laws live out of town, but they did a great job coordinating with them through technology. When my sister-in-law came into town, Jana met us at the venue (on relatively short notice, too) and was so sweet. She talked to us about what we wanted the night to look like and where we would want everything staged, and she made it come to life (she’s an amazing decorator). The night of the event, Jana was there to make sure the bar was going, and as food needed to be replenished, she would get it from next door. If you’ve never had Trigo’s food, you are missing out! Speaking of food, we were able to do a buffet where we picked different types of salads (my favorite is the Spinach), sandwiches, and pizza (cut into tiny squares, so it is perfect for eating at a nice event). The owner even came to congratulate us on our wedding taking place the next day. We were so thankful for everything they did for us.

The planning staff were excellent and very detailed oriented. The food as always was amazing. Most importantly, the wait staff were very patient and professional. I cannot recommend this location enough for events.

We had our wedding reception here and I highly recommend using this venue! The food was incredible and everything was set up for when I came the day prior to set up my decorations, but the staff could have been nicer and more helpful than they were, including the owners. It seemed like we were more of a bother when asking questions or making requests to the staff and owners. Customer service experience could have been so much better.

We hosted a rehearsal dinner for 75 guests at One Thirty One Events by Trigo for my sons wedding and it was great! We brought in our own decor the morning of the event, and as promised, they had their part all set up for us already w/tables, chairs, tablecloths, audio/visual equipment, etc....exactly as we had requested. The space looked great and our wedding party loved it when they came in at night! The food was delicious...we had the prime rib, lemon garlic chicken, mashed potatoes, salad, as well as cheese/crackers and veggie tray. Gilbert also accommodated our request for some of the chicken to be prepared gluten free! Frankie was the person mainly in charge of assisting us w/our event throughout the day and then bartending for us at night, and she was SO helpful and on top of things! Everyone had a great time and we had lots of compliments on how wonderful our rehearsal dinner was! Highly recommend this venue!
