My family and I we stayed at the Best Western Douglas Inn & Suites in July 2024, for my grandparents 65th wedding anniversary. We have always stayed at this hotel, because of the rooms and the service we always receive is very appreciated! My family and I we were in Room 101 right near the breakfast area. Our room was very good, we loved the Samsung TV's and had a lot of channels. I would like to give a special shout-out to Barbara the breakfast attendant. She is a very hard-working person and always so friendly and kind to my family and to a lot of guests. Barbara does go above and beyond, she always asks questions, and is beyond outgoing. Thank you, Barbara for EVERYTHING! We really love the breakfast and especially the pancakes they were really good. The service was amazing and the 3 days that we were there they were able to bring fresh clean towels. ||I would however though would like to point out as I was flipping the TV guide channels, I noticed that it said "KMSB FOX 10" on Channel 10, it should say "KMSB FOX 11" on Channel 11 NOT Channel 10. I do live in the Phoenix area, and I do get KSAZ FOX 10 Phoenix. If it's possible, maybe the system at the hotel could change it to KMSB FOX 11. I wasn't disappointed or anything like that, but I would like to make a suggestion. I don't want the guests to think that Douglas gets KMSB FOX 10 in Douglas in which it should be FOX 11. ||Another shout-out to front desk agent Haley Watkins for providing exceptional service. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again soon and stay longer.

This was my 4th stay at the Douglas Best Western. Modern standard hotel with good front desk service. I stayed three nights. The first night my assigned room had a very strong disinfectant odor. I tried to air it out to no avail. I switched rooms the next morning. My room faced the rear parking lot and was very quiet. The breakfast was good and plentiful as was the coffee. ||I would stay again.

The night audit was helpful and kind. The staff ,night and day, were great.The pool was a little dirty but still nice. Clean and big rooms, great breakfast too would come again.

BED BUGS!!
Found bed bugs in my bed. When I notified management, they just offered a new room. They did not offer to launder my clothes, fumigate the hotel or notify the other guests. It is clear they are not taking adequate action to prevent this. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Hotel its in a very good location, its quiet, and staff is friendly. I loved the breakfast, considering all this, price was ok. The only reason why i gave them 4 stars is because the ac was excessively noisy even on low speed. I did not complain, so may be it was just my room. The TV is not smart, but it has lots of channels; but apparently most of hotels don't use smart TVs now days. Overall its a good place and i will definitively stay there again.

Starting with the employees they are all great. So very friendly as soon as you walk in. The rooms are super clean plus the dining area and the food are great

Horrible. Your staff is poorly behaved and refused to provide service. I walked in not even for a minute and was told I had to leave?

We were with family and a church group doing mission work for a church in Agua Prieta, just across the border. This was a great place to stay with AC, hot breakfast and great staff, comfortable beds and a pool to cool off in.
