We met Rob and Dean on a European cruise. We were very impressed with their travel knowledge. We are experienced travelers who have always self booked. When we took our next trip we decided to see what it was like to use an agent. The process was so much easier than doing myself. Before I had just bought travel protection through the cruise line but Rob found us better coverage at a better price. Although we did not experience travel issues it gave us much peace of mind knowing we were backed by such an incredible team. Rob was very up front in the differences in what to expect from a domestic cruise vs European.
I definitely learned the value in working with an experienced team and look forward to booking again.

Rob was incredibly helpful as I planned my Cruise to Cuba with three other people! The service, knowledge and attention that Rob and the team give each customer is phenomenal. We had an exceptional customer experience with Expedia Cruise Centers in Tampa. Our travel agent, Richie Steinfeld, was phenomenal. He helped us to coordinate a large group of 66 people to attend a week long wedding cruise to Grand Turks. Not knowing much about cruising, and stressed out about having a wedding in another country, Richie was able to alleviate a lot of the stress by answering the million questions not only I had but as well as the other 65 guests traveling. He was always very calm and collective, and if he didn't have answers he would find one and get back to us within hours. I highly recommend Expedia Cruise Centers, Tampa for any travel needs you may have, big or small. They get the job done, and with professionalism. Our experience with Tampa, Expedia Cruise Centers, was excellent. Rob was fantastic at working with us to arrange both the cruise, as well as the add on flights and hotels needed for the rest of our trip. My wife and I booked our honeymoon cruise with Expedia Cruise Ship Centers of Tampa and we had the best cruise of our lives. Rob and Dean were amazing!
