Well it started out well, but it didn’t end well and I’m out of $1,605.00. My event was scheduled for April of 2021 but I canceled in December due to me loosing my father due to Covid literally 4 days after I paid the initial deposit and not to mention my daughter needing a cornea replacement after that. I was still going to try but after much thought I decided to cancel because of all these unforeseen circumstances that starting occurring. Well guess what 1605.00 is gone & I wasn’t even offered at least half of my money back. So I really feel duped because the only option that I was given was to reschedule within in a year. Wow! I will never conduct business here again.
