There will never be enough words to adequately describe how wonderful our experience at the barn, and specifically with Jenn, was. Our original wedding venue was destroyed by Hurricane Helene in Asheville, NC. I called and spoke to Jenn late Saturday night following the storm. I was a true emotional mess, and Jenn’s kindness came through the phone; I felt as though she was hugging me. She told me, “I got you.” Boy, was that an understatement—Jenn really did get us. She made it happen! From that initial call until our wedding (10 days later) and beyond, Jenn has been incredibly kind and helpful.

The barn itself is what dreams are made of! The bridal suite is one of a kind, with salon-style seating for you and your girls. The groom's cabin was gorgeous. Four beautiful chandeliers hanging high in the barn twinkle when the light shines through. I can’t say enough; if you haven’t already booked, this is your sign. You absolutely will not regret it!

We had the most incredible experience hosting our wedding at the Barn at Cottonwood Ranch, and so much of that is thanks to the amazing Event Manager, Jennifer Mezera. The venue itself is stunning—beautiful, spacious, and full of rustic charm that set the perfect backdrop for our special day. From the moment we first toured the venue a year before our wedding, Ms. Jenn was warm, welcoming, and incredibly informative, making us feel confident in our choice.

Throughout the entire planning process, Jennifer was exceptionally communicative and proactive, always ready to answer questions and provide guidance. Her dedication went above and beyond; she overextended herself to ensure we felt supported and heard at every stage. Her problem-solving skills were invaluable and played a huge part in making our wedding day go off without a hitch. Thanks to her expertise and attention to detail, everything ran smoothly and seamlessly.

We had our wedding at The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch in Callahan, FL, a few weeks ago and it was everything we dreamed of and more! This venue offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and elegance, surrounded by picturesque pastures and towering oaks. It truly felt like a fairytale setting!

The barn itself is stunning, with high ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, and plenty of space for both a seated dinner and dancing. There’s also a lovely covered patio and garden area, which we used for our cocktail hour. Our ceremony took place around the lake, which gave us that intimate, romantic feel we wanted.

One of the best parts of choosing Cottonwood Ranch was Jen, the venue coordinator. She was amazing from start to finish! Night and day she was just a text away for any and all questions I had planning the wedding. The day of the wedding she was my savior, anything that needed to be fixed in a hurry she jumped right on and made the day go off seamlessly! The whole staff went above and beyond to ensure that our day was perfect. From the planning process to the day of, they were accommodating, professional, and always available. They genuinely cared about making our wedding special.

Our guests loved the venue as much as we did—many of them commented on the beautiful setting and warm atmosphere. We also appreciated the flexibility with vendors and how the layout made everything flow smoothly.

At MasterPiece Weddings, we LOVE getting the opportunity to work at Cottonwood Ranch! It's such a beautiful venue. The ceremony site next to the pond is stunning and inside couldn't be more versatile or gorgeous. We love the views all over the property as well with so many great photo spots. The staff is always extremely attentive and easy to work with too. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Can’t say enough about this venue, it was to die for ! The bridal and groom suites both made the experience even better. Jamie was the most organized and sweetest venue mangers that I could have ever imagined having for my special day. Even though “its in the middle of nowhere” not really it was less than 25 mins to our hotel (our hotel even pick up and dropped our guest off) it was very much worth it.

My husband and I just had our wedding at The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch and it was absolutely amazing!
The drive up to the ranch is so beautiful and peaceful with animals on either side. When you reach the barn your breath is taken away by the venue and stunning oak tree at the entrance. Inside the barn it has high ceilings, stunning chandeliers, a large staircase, wooden pillars and plenty of space for a seated dinner and dancing. They have a 3 room area upstairs for the girls and moms to get ready in and a spacious cabin for the boys and dads to get ready in. Both areas were clean, styled elegantly and spacious enough for you to get ready in. The boys had so much fun playing pool, poker, and hanging out before the wedding.
Our guests loved the venue just as much as we did. Many of them complimented on how peaceful the atmosphere is from the minute you arrive.
The staff was absolutely incredible as well. Jen was the person to help us throughout the entire process and answered every question we had day or night. The day of the wedding we had Jamie helping and she was just as amazing. Any little question or task I needed done she got it done with ease. Kendall was our day of coordinator and she knocked it out of the park. She helped me surprise my mom with a bouquet dedication and was so easy to talk to. Her and Jamie set everything up for us on the day of and the night before when we had our rehearsal dinner, and it lifted a huge weight off of our shoulders. Every step of the way they were accommodating, professional, and always available. They genuinely cared about making our wedding special.
If you’re considering a barn wedding in the Jacksonville area, we cannot recommend The Barn at Cottonwood ranch enough. They have a stunning venue with a top of the line team, and they helped us make our wedding a day we’ll never forget!
