I recently had the pleasure of taking the Kennedy Space Center Small Group VIP Experience and it was truly unforgettable! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a VIP. The tour guide, Mauricio, was extremely friendly and made sure we had the best experience possible. The small group size allowed for a more personal and interactive visit to the space center. Seeing all the vivid exhibits and learning about the history of space travel was truly mesmerizing. The highlight was definitely getting a behind-the-scenes look at the launch pads and astronaut training facilities. It was a great guide and I highly recommend this VIP experience to anyone looking for a unique and informative tour. Thank you Mauricio for making this such a fantastic experience. I can't wait to visit again!

I had an outstanding day at Kennedy Space Center, thanks to Gray Line Orlando! Our guide, Mauricio Sanchez, was simply incredible. His enthusiastic approach made the whole experience come alive. I usually do not post bad reviews. However, I had a terrible experience with gray line on my tour to Kennedy Space Centre. If there was an option to give them 0 stars, I would do so.

The bus arrived at the pick up location on time and headed to the space centre after picking up all the passengers. The bus was on time at all the pickup locations. The guide announced that our pick up time would be 5pm. The tour guide got a call after driving 20mins into the highway towards the space centre following which the driver turned back to pick up 2 passengers from a location where we had already stopped at earlier. We were supposed to reach the space centre by 9am. But because of this delay, we reached the space centre at 9.25am. I called gray line 2 times and requested for extra time since the bus was delayed. The lady on the phone kept saying, " we usually start heading back at 4.30pm but because of the delay today we are heading back at 5pm". I informed her that the driver told us about the 5pm pick up time even before the bus was delayed. She tried to dodge my question and repeatedly said that the pick up time was 5pm and that we have to be there on time. She also mentioned that the space centre closes at 5pm. I informed her that some of the activities are open until 6pm as per the daily schedule which the guide gave us. I double checked the daily schedule provided by the space centre as well. She refused to acknowledge anything I was saying.

At 5pm when we got into the bus, the bus did not move until 5.30pm as one passenger did not return to the bus. I asked the tour guide what their usual pick up time was and he said 5pm. When I called the company, the rep on the phone was extremely rude. He did not apologize for the delay in reaching the space centre nor for the delay in leaving from there. He said he couldnt leave any passenger behind. I told him that I was told that the pick up time was 5pm. He said, " you can say whatever you want but the bus will not move. The passenger called earlier and asked for extra time as our bus was late and we gave them her extra time. " I informed him that I had called twice earlier to ask for extra time and if I had known earlier I would have taken that extra time to see things around. He then said, " enjoy your trip" and hung up on me. It is ridiculous that they have to lie to passengers.

I am really disappointed with their service and customer care. They are very rude and come up with lies when confronted. It was an expensive trip as I was visiting from another country. Also, their shuttle bus services are expensive too. One would expect good service for the price you pay.

I will never take their service again and recommend anyone not to do so.

I had an enlightening day at the Kennedy Space Center! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic, thanks to our great guide, Mauricio Sanchez. His wealth of knowledge made every exhibit come alive, and his enthusiasm was contagious. I loved the behind-the-scenes stories he shared—definitely not something you'd get from a brochure! The roundtrip travel was seamless, making it easy to focus on the wonders of space exploration. If you're thinking about it, I highly recommend this tour. It’s perfect for anyone looking to learn and be inspired! A truly memorable adventure.
I only reduce to 3 stars, as the Trip back lasted for ever as we had multiple stops at really every Disney hotel. So we left the bus in order not to loose the whole evening and continued with Uber

We had the best day at Kennedy Space Centre. Pick up instructions were very clear and our driver Kevin was very punctual. Kevin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us the info we needed to start our day at KSC & picked us up at the end of the day. Highly recommend this tour with Gray Line.
