Recently booked an accommodation for short-term rental in Downtown Orlando. The user experience of the site was great, I enjoyed seeing the numerous reviews as well as the social media links. I also appreciated promptly being emailed the receipt and rental agreement, as well as an option for buying travel insurance. The price and selection of the homes were great especially considering the location. The interaction with the host definitely stood out as well -- was very kind and responded very promptly. Highly recommend if checking them out if you're looking for a spot in Florida!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a short-term rental in Downtown FL, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Location: The rental was perfectly located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. I loved being able to explore the vibrant area without needing a car.

Accommodation: The space was immaculate and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and cozy bedroom. The attention to detail was impressive, and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Host: The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, and were available for any questions I had during my stay. Their hospitality made the experience even better.

THIS is THE PLACE to stay, and this host is honestly the I've ever rented from. The location, amenities, assistance/service, stress free stays, and her attention to detail are all remarkable!
I rented the Thorton Park Studio w/ Balcony first. The units were breathtaking, clean, great ammentities (exactly as shown) with comfortable bedding (I've never slept so well!) All of Thorton park, Eola,the Historical District & Downtown charms are less than a 2-5 minute walk! I felt incredibly safe, which is vital esp for women traveling alone.

The host of these properties is hands down the best host I've ever worked with. She went above and beyond from start to finish, tending to every need as I booked last minute! Prior to EVEN RENTING OR MEETING, they PERSONALLY talked me through initial booking UNTIL 3AM, AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SAVE me HUNDREDS of dollars simply because this host IS THAT TYPE of person; very sincere, caring, passionate about her work, but more-so, SHE TRULY CARES ABOUT HER GUESTS! ❤️ She's an angel.
I've already rebooked this property during this month & continue to be a guest every time Im in Orlando!
