I hired Kimberly at Forever Young Events for two sleepover slumber parties for my children and as a busy mom, I was so grateful for her help with design, set-up, and clean-up for these events. Kimberly did an amazing job and my son and daughter had so much fun with their friends. The children all slept well and comfortably in the teepees and the special design touches made them feel extra special for their birthdays. This was a memorable event and I highly recommend Kimberly at Forever Young Events PDX!

Forever young events has thrown both of my daughters sleepers and knocked it out of the park! The first party was a mermaid theme and the second was Barbie. Kim was great to work with, she took my idea and created the most magical space for the kids. From planning to set up/clean up, every detail was taken care of!! I highly recommend working with this company and will definitely be planning my future events with them.

Hard part is finding where to begin! It has been absolutely amazing working with Kimberly and her little crew. She took the stress out of event planning and since day one has been very communicative and responds very fast. I personally have never planned an event for myself ( I had my baby shower) so she worked with me and helped me find what it was I was looking for quite patiently and explained everything every step of the way. I was surprised by how many custom pieces she was able to come up with and loved every bit of it! In the end all my guests were in awe and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From set up to clean up, It was well worth it.

Kimberly is an exceptional wedding coordinator who single-handedly saved my wedding. She flawlessly decorated the entire venue according to my written instructions, kept us on schedule, managed our chaotic and forgetful DJ, and efficiently organized and took down the decor. Despite my frustration with the DJ, she remained poised, handled everything with class, and calmed me down with genuine empathy during a very stressful moment. She transformed what could have been a hectic mess into a beautiful ceremony and reception. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family. If you want your wedding to be successful and your guests to be impressed, hire Kimberly!

I cannot recommend this company enough!!! They are SO fun to work with, so friendly, deliver EXACTLY what they say they will! My daughter wanted a slumber party/spa party, and, man oh man, did they deliver!!! They set up EVERYTHING and take down EVERYTHING! It was A-MAZING and my daughter and her friends had THE best time ever! Will be using again without a doubt!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Kimberly was our wedding planner and day of coordinator, and we truly could not have had our day without her. She is incredibly prompt, making sure you always feel like a priority, during our year of planning she always checked in with us and made sure we were on the same page. She handled all communication with vendors and thought of everything before it was ever an issue. She paid attention to every little detail and made sure nothing was forgotten. She made our vision come to life better than I could’ve ever imagined. When it came to the rehearsal, she made sure everyone was clear in what their roles and expectations were and on the big day, she made sure everything went off without a hitch. I will use Kimberly for every party, big or small. In my opinion, she is the best and only person to trust with your wedding!
