Emily did an amazing job managing the day of. With all the chaos that could of happen or go wrong in my head, Emily was able to step up and take charged of the day so it could go smoothly and it definitely did! There's so much to say, so I'll try and keep this relatively short.

Emily took charge of our wedding day, and was calm, direct, and efficient. Being someone who's worked in customer service for years, I was impressed at how attentive and efficient she was. I swear she had to have had a doppelganger working on our wedding day, as she was everywhere she needed to be without being instructed; no one had to ask her to do anything. In addition to being perfectly professional, it almost felt like we had a good friend/relative helping rather than hiring "some pro." It felt like she genuinely cared about us, our guests, and the wedding itself rather than someone just working a gig.

I'd also like to stress the calm, direct, and efficient aspects of her work. On a day where much wasn't going exactly as planned, and we were stressed, emotional, and tired, Emily helped keep us calm, grounded, and therefore, happy!

With that said, I also got the vibe that Emily can be real a stern force to be reckoned with. While our vendors didn't require it, I can totally see her putting her foot down and getting uncooperative vendors in line.

For any event I put together in the future, Emily's my first call. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs a hard-working, capable, reliable, efficient, and calm leader.

I can't speak highly enough of Emily. HIRE HER! I never thought I would need a day of coordinator for our wedding but we were so thankful to have her. She seriously knows her stuff, she kept the entire wedding running so smoothly, had a suggestion/solution to any hiccup that presented itself, worked so hard the entire day, and was able to keep our very large wedding party on track. Without a doubt she made our wedding the wedding of our dreams, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts Emily!

When our officiant backed out last minute, we felt trapped by the fact that the only officiants available were too traditional or religious for our tastes. Emily unambiguously came to our rescue, being modern and classy, organized and thoughtful, and an absolute delight to work with.

With only a month until our wedding, Emily helped us draft a ceremony giving us several great templates to build from, and then did a round of edits and personalizations to make it fit both us and her better: she asked both of us to tell our stories about how we met and fell in love, and then wove this into the ceremony itself.

In addition, Emily conducted a last-minute rehearsal for us which was hilarious and super helpful. Her professional organization skills really shone through in herding all of our cats that evening, even as she herself was a bit nervous in the read through.

On the big day Emily absolutely knocked it out of the park -- she was dignified without being too formal, she had grace and a sense of humor about goof-ups, and she rolled with our weird families. In the end, one of our favorite parts ended up being a slip of the tongue during the ceremony which got everyone laughing, and still Emily kept the ship sailing smoothly throughout the ceremony. She did such a great job, when an uncle got married this fall (after us), they asked for her contact info!

We cannot recommend her highly enough -- for coordination and behind the scenes, or for standing up front, Emily is a delight to work with.

Emily was the coordinator for our wedding in Troutdale. She met with us before the wedding to assist with layout, staging, etc. and to offer suggestions for making our wedding more comfortable for our guests. In the days leading up to the event, she kept me organized and got in touch with all my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page.

On the day of the wedding, she took charge immediately - interfacing with vendors, putting together makeshift signage, running a quick rehearsal, and keeping me informed whenever I needed it. She ran our music playlists and acted as emcee. At one point, Emily even took it upon herself to dry off the dance floor that had been rained on - going above and beyond what we asked of her! She took care of so many issues that came up in a calm, efficient and professional manner.

Sometimes event staff seem out of place, but Emily blended in so well that some of our guests thought she was a family member or friend. Emily anticipated all our needs and far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone planning an event!

Emily did such an amazing job for us on our big day! She was professional but fun, focused but friendly, and attentive but not overbearing. She was 100% there for from beginning to end and incredibly easy to work with. I'm extremely detail-oriented and probably a little controlling at times (LOL!), but all the game-day decisions that needed to made were perfect. I can't believe how much I was able to let go and leave everything to her. She's an absolute gem!

We reached out to Emily to get a consultation and possibly hire her to help with our wedding. She stopped responding to emails after the first two and blew off our appointment time with no communication. We would have understood if she couldn't take us on as a client but to not even email back letting us know is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
