I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Kelsey, Sarah, the rest of the team, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. I was hired to perform as a Whitney Houston impersonator for a 40th birthday celebration and I must say, the entire process exceeded all expectations.
From the very beginning, communication was clear and effective. Kelsey and her team ensured that every detail was meticulously organized, making scheduling effortless. Their professionalism and attention to detail set the tone for what would become a remarkable event.

The celebration itself was a stunning 40th birthday party, filled with joy and laughter. I feel grateful to have been part of such a well-orchestrated occasion and to have worked alongside Kelsey Timberlake and her talented team. Kelsey is nothing short of amazing. We originally had planned to get married in May 2022, but due to circumstances out of our control we had to push our wedding to October. This means we worked with Kelsey and her team for the better part of a year on our special day. After a wedding, all couples are sad that it's over and wish they could go back but is it weird that we wish we could keep working with Kelsey even after the wedding?! She's that wonderful.

I truly wish that every bride/groom could hire her because her attention to detail and communication is what made us always feel confident that we were in good hands. We loved having phone calls with her because she is personable, kind, funny, and most of all she's honest. She will tell you when something is unrealistic, however she will never judge if there's a specific element that you want to add to your special day.

The weekend of our wedding, Kelsey's team worked tirelessly to make sure that we were all taken care of. She made sure that my husband and I were not bothered by anything other than just being present for our day. It was predicted to rain on our wedding day and before we even mentioned anything, Kelsey already had a plan B.

I recently attended a 40th birthday party organized by Kelsey Timberlake and her amazing team, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant and beautifully decorated, setting the perfect tone for the celebration.

The entertainment was a true highlight. The Whitney Houston impersonator gave a stunning performance that had everyone captivated. And the Prince impersonator was great, bringing an incredible energy that had us all dancing and singing along to the classics.

The live band was fantastic, providing a great mix of music that kept the party going throughout the two-day event. The schedule was well-planned, allowing us to enjoy everything without feeling rushed, including some fun golf outings.

What impressed me most was how the Kelsey Timberlake team made the event family-friendly. The kids had their own special activities, which allowed them to engage and have a blast while the adults enjoyed the festivities.

The food was another standout element—delicious and plentiful, it was clear that great care went into the catering.

Overall, Kelsey Timberlake and her staff did an outstanding job creating a memorable experience for everyone. If you’re considering a party decoration company, I highly recommend them! Thank you, Kelsey and team, for such a wonderful celebration!

Kelsey and her team are organized and detail oriented. You can tell she cares for her couples so deeply and puts her blood sweat and tears into each wedding. I'm a photographer and worked with her a few times now and her communication with vendors is amazing. She made sure that the couples were being taken care of and balancing the timeline and details. I have been in this business 8 years as a professional DJ/Musician. I have done hundreds of events, and no one has better communication, weather it be email, texting or phone calls. Kelsey takes pride in her work and makes sure that no stone goes unturned, and everything it nailed down. She is able to manage a massive team of vendors. The wedding we did together was huge… and had many moving parts. And she and her team were always there to help, and keep us on time and moving. I wish I could work every wedding with Kelsey.

Kelsey was spectacular in every way! We simply could not have had such a beautiful wedding without her. Like many brides in 2019, 2020, 2021, the Covid wreaked havoc with our plans, but with Kelsey by our side, we were able to navigate the myriad of necessary changes needed (including not three wedding date changes). As a result, our daughter’s wedding day went flawlessly. Because of Kelsey, we were able to enjoy the wedding, relaxing and celebrating with friends and family! Kelsey is a creative problem solver. Faced with an indoor mask mandate two weeks before and an outdoor mask mandate three days before, Kelsey completely reworked the layout for the wedding, which included moving the ceremony and dancing outside. This presented a new problem, a 10 pm noise curfew. Kelsey quickly suggested a “silent disco” that became one of the highlights of the evening.

Kelsey connected immediately to our daughter and to us. She had the ability to instantly put us at ease when challenges popped up. She has a great resource of the very best vendors in all categories, and an outstanding team behind her. We were blown away at prototype day where we were able to see a full tablescape with linens, table settings, menus, and florals. And we were completely blown away on the day of, which was absolutely jaw-droppingly spectacular (see photos attached).

So many people have commented on every detail of the wedding, wanting to know who did the flowers, the cake, the signage, to everything! We really could not have done this without Kelsey, she is worth her weight in gold! Thank you Kelsey Timberlake, you are the BEST!
